Twenty heifers and 20 multiparous Holstein cows were divided to 4 balanced groups accoding to parity and BW. Experimental treatments consisted of 1) injection of 7 ml of NaCl % 0.9 (Control), 2) injection of 60 ml of VE and Se, 3) injection of 7 ml of VB12 and Fe and 4) injection of 60 ml of VE and Se with 7 ml VB12 and Fe. Solutions injectied on 21 and 7 day before calving and 7 d postpartum. Injection of VE and Se increased serum VE concentration and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) at calving day and day 7 and 14 postpartum, serum Se concentration and glutathione peroxidase activity at calving day and 14 day postpartum and blood neutrophils counts at calving day. Serum VB12 concentration at all sampling times, serum Fe concentration and catalase activity at calving day and serum TAC at calving day and day 7 and 14 postpartum were higher in cows received VB12 and Fe combination. The greatest incidence of retained placenta and mastitis were observed in control group. Overally, although, simultaneous injection of VE, Se, VB12 and Fe had no significant effectat on antioxidant status of transition dairy cows, but there is no observation of retained placenta and mastitis incidence in this group.}, keywords = {Dairy cow,Transition period,Vitamin E and selenium,Vitamin B12 and Fe,Antioxidant status}, title_fa = {اثر برخی ویتامین‌ها و مواد معدنی قابل تزریق بر ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی خون و بروز ناهنجاری‌های متابولیکی در گاوهای شیری دوره انتقال}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه اثر تزریق ترکیب ویتامین E و سلنیوم و ترکیب ویتامین B12 وآهن بر وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی و سلامت گاوهای شیری دوره انتقال بررسی شد. 20 رأس تلیسه و 20 رأس گاو چند شکم‌زا بر اساس شکم زایش و وزن بدن به 4 گروه متعادل تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) تزریق 7 میلی‌لیتر سرم فیزیولوژیک 9/0 درصد (شاهد)، 2) تزریق 60 میلی‌لیتر ویتامین E و سلنیوم، 3) تزریق 7 میلی‌لیتر ویتامین B12 وآهن و 4) تزریق 60 میلی‌لیتر ویتامین E و سلنیوم و 7 میلی‌لیتر ویتامین B12 وآهن بودند. تزریق محلول‌ها در روزهای 21 و 7 پیش از زایش و 7 روز پس از زایش انجام شد. تزریق ویتامین E و سلنیوم باعث افزایش غلظت ویتامین E و کل ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی سرم در روز زایش و روزهای 7 و 14 پس از زایش، سلنیوم و فعالیت آنزیم گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز سرم در روز زایش و 14 پس از زایش و تعداد نوتروفیل‌های خون در روز زایش شد. غلظت ویتامین B12 سرم در تمام روزهای نمونه‌گیری، آهن و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز سرم در روز زایش و کل ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی سرم در روزهای زایش، 7 و 14 بعد از زایش در گاوهای دریافت کننده ویتامین B12 و آهن بالاتر بود. بیشترین وقوع جفت‌ماندگی و ورم پستان در گاوهای تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد. در کل، اگرچه تزریق همزمان ترکیب ویتامین E و سلنیوم و ترکیب ویتامین B12 و آهن تاثیر معنی‌داری بر وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی گاوهای شیری دوره انتقال نداشت، اما جفت ماندگی و ورم پستان در گاوهای این گروه مشاهده نشد.}, keywords_fa = {گاو شیری,دوره انتقال,ویتامین E و سلنیوم,ویتامین B12 و آهن,وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدان}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118659.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118659_163e70a30a4a132260da355ab28f6d27.pdf} }
