This experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 4 treatment and 4 replicates (11 birds) in each treatment. Treatments consisted of control group and three form of manganese supplementation (mineral, Organic and mix of mineral (50%) and organic (50%) form). The results showed that the addition of 100 ppm organic Mn in compared to control or mineral Mn groups increased body weight at 42d and 49-d. Feed efficiency was improved with organic Mn supplementation in compared to control group. However, all carcass traits were not affected by dietary Mn supplementation. The effect of different form of Mn supplementation on number of erythrocyte and leukocyte were not significant (P>0.05). Moreover, the shank and leg traits especially shank ash and Mn was significantly increased when organic form of Mn supplemented to control diet during summer condition. According to the results of current study, the addition of 100 ppm organic form to basal level could improve performance traits such as FCR, BW and had beneficial effect on bone traits in male Broilers Reared under Summer Temperature Conditions.}, keywords = {Broiler,Blood parameters,Manganese,Summer Temperature Conditions}, title_fa = {بررسی مکمل کردن جیره با منگنز مازاد در فرم‌های مختلف بر عملکرد، اجزای لاشه، هماتولوژی و برخی فراسنجه های ایمنی جوجه‎های گوشتی پرورش یافته در شرایط دمایی تابستان}, abstract_fa = {در این تحقیق از 176 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. 4 تیمار آزمایش شامل منابع مختلف منگنز از جمله منبع منگنز آلی(100 پی پی ام-معادل منگنز کیلات شده با اسید آمینه)، منگنز معدنی(100 پی پی ام معادل از اکسید منگنز)، و مخلوطی از منگنز آلی و معدنی(50 معادل از هر دو فرم)، بودند. درهر تیمار آزمایشی 4 تکرار وهر تکرار شامل12 جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 در نظر گرفته شد. وزن بدن در پایان آزمایش در تیمارهای حاوی منگنز آلی (تیمار آلی و مخلوط آلی- معدنی) به طور معنی‎داری از سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار شاهد و منگنز معدنی بالاتر بود(05/0p <). بازده خوراک کل دوره بین تیمار شاهد و تیمار منگنز آلی دارای تفاوت معنی‎داری بود (05/0p <)، بدترین و بهترین بازده خوراک به ترتیب مربوط به تیمار منگنز آلی و تیمار شاهد بود. د تیمارهای آزمایشی مختلف بر تعداد گلبول‎های قرمز و گلبول‎های سفید خون اثر معنی‎داری نداشتند(05/0P>). صفات مرتبط با استخوان نیز فراسنجه هایی مثل وزن کل، طول کل پا، خاکستر استخوان شانک و منگنز موجود در آن بین تیمارهای آزمایشی اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت و در اغلب این صفات تیمار کنترل پائینترین مقدار را داشت. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، در شرایط پرورش دمایی تابستان مکمل کردن جیره با 100 پی پی ام منگنز آلی مازاد میتواند تاثیر مثبتی بر بسیاری از فراسنجه های تولیدی و عملکردی داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {جوجه گوشتی,عملکرد,منبع منگنز,ایمنی}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120014.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120014_002b803102fe848234708c64d536ee5a.pdf} }
