Three hundred sixty Japanese quail were allocated to 6 experimental treatments with 4 replicates of 15 quail each. The results showed different levels sesame meal, phytase enzyme and their interaction had no significant effect on weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio. Percentage of liver were higher in treatment with 25% sesame meal (p < 0.05). Weight, relative weight, volume, percentage of phosphorus and calcium of tibia in treatment with 50% sesame meal were significantly higher (p < 0.05). Inclusion of phytase enzyme led to an increase in percentage of spleen, density, percentage of ash, percentage of calcium and phosphorus of tibia(p < 0.05).Treatment of 50% sesame meal with phytase enzymes had the highest percentage of thigh compared to treatment without sesame meal and without phytase enzymes (p < 0.05). Percentage of phosphorus of tibia in treatments of that 25% and 50% sesame meal with phytase were higher compared to other treatments (p < 0.05). According to the results of this study that 25% and 50% sesame meal can be used in Japanese quail’s diets, without any negative effect on performance, carcass characteristics and tibia characteristics.}, keywords = {Japanese quail,Sesame meal,Phytase Enzyme,performance}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف کنجاله کنجد با و بدون آنزیم فیتاز بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه و استخوان درشت نی بلدرچین ژاپنی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف کنجاله کنجد مکمل شده با فیتاز بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه و استخوان درشت نی بلدرچین ژاپنی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2، شامل دو سطح آنزیم فیتاز (صفر و 1/0 گرم در کیلوگرم جیره) و سه سطح جایگزینی کنجاله کنجد (صفر، 25 و50 درصد) انجام گرفت. تعداد 360 قطعه بلدرچین ژاپنی به 6 تیمار آزمایشی با 4 تکرار و هر تکرار با 15 بلدرچین اختصاص داده شد. نتایج نشان داد، سطوح مختلف کنجاله کنجد و آنزیم فیتاز و اثر متقابل آنها بر افزایش وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی اثر معنی داری نداشت. درصد کبد در تیمار تغذیه شده با سطح 25 درصد کنجاله کنجد افزایش یافت(p <0/05). وزن، وزن نسبی، حجم، درصد کلسیم و فسفر استخوان درشت نی در بلدرچین های تغذیه شده با سطح 50 درصد کنجاله کنجد به صورت معنی دار بالاتر بود(p <0/05). افزودن آنزیم فیتاز منجر به افزایش درصد طحال، چگالی، درصد خاکستر، درصدکلسیم و فسفر استخوان درشت نی شد(p <0/05). تیمار حاوی 50 درصد کنجاله کنجد مکمل شده با آنزیم فیتاز از درصد ران بیشتری در مقایسه با تیمار فاقد کنجاله کنجد و بدون آنزیم فیتاز برخوردار بود(p <0/05). درصد فسفر استخوان درشت نی، در تیمارهای حاوی 25 و 50 درصد کنجاله کنجد با آنزیم فیتاز نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (p <0/05). بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش می توان از سطح 25 و 50 درصد کنجاله کنجد در جیره بلدرچین ژاپنی، بدون اثر منفی بر عملکرد، صفات لاشه و استخوان درشت نی استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {بلدرچین ژاپنی,کنجاله کنجد,آنزیم فیتاز,عملکرد}, url = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120770.html}, eprint = {https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_120770_60128b36d8555bd7776fc65ff331740b.pdf} }
