Journal Article 2024 08 28 The effect of replacing soybean meal with irradiated or fermented cottonseed meal in the diet on the growth performance and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens was conducted by 384 male Ross chickens in a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 8 replications. Experimental groups included replacing 0 and 50% of raw, irradiated, or fermented cottonseed meal with soybean meal. The results showed that broilers fed control diets and diets containing fermented cottonseed meal had better weight gain and lower feed conversion ratio than other birds (P ˂ 0.05). The Villus height and villus height to crypt depth ratio of duodenum and jejunum of broilers fed diets containing fermented cottonseed meal were significantly improved compared to raw cottonseed meal and irradiated cottonseed meal diets (P ˂ 0.05). The Villus height and villus height to crypt depth ratio of duodenum and jejunum of broilers fed diets containing irradiated cottonseed meal were significantly higher than raw cottonseed meal diet (P ˂ 0.05). Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the microbial fermentation method is a more effective solution to improve the nutritional value of cottonseed meal compared to the irradiation method. Also, the use of fermented cottonseed meal in the diet of broilers, in addition to improving growth performance indicators, improves the health of the gastrointestinal tract of birds. تأثیر جایگزینی کنجاله پنبه‌دانه پرتوتابی و یا تخمیر شده با کنجاله سویا در جیره بر عملکرد و ریخت‌شناسی روده جوجه‌های گوشتی با استفاده از 384 قطعه جوجه نر سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 8 تکرار انجام شد. گروه-های آزمایشی شامل جایگزینی سطوح صفر و 50 درصد کنجاله پنبه‌دانه خام، پرتوتابی شده و یا تخمیر شده با کنجاله سویا در جیره بود. نتایج نشان داد جوجه‌های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره شاهد و جیره حاوی کنجاله پنبه‌دانه تخمیر شده در مقایسه با پرندگان سایر گروه‌ها از افزایش وزن بهتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک پایین‌تر برخوردار بودند (05/0>P). ارتفاع پرز و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در دئودنوم و ژژنوم پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره‌های حاوی کنجاله پنبه‌دانه تخمیر شده در مقایسه با جیره‌های کنجاله پنبه‌دانه خام و کنجاله پنبه‌دانه پرتوتابی شده به‌طور معنی‌داری بهبود یافت (05/0>P). ارتفاع پرز و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در دئودنوم و ژژنوم جوجه‌های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره‌های حاوی کنجاله پنبه‌دانه پرتوتابی شده به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از جیره کنجاله پنبه‌دانه خام بود (05/0>P). براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که روش تخمیر میکروبی در مقایسه با روش پرتوتابی راهکار موثرتری برای بهبود ارزش تغذیه‌ای کنجاله پنبه-دانه می‌باشد. همچنین، استفاده از کنجاله پنبه‌دانه تخمیر شده در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی علاوه بر بهبود شاخص‌های عملکرد رشد سبب ارتقاء سلامت دستگاه گوارش پرندگان می‌شود. https://asj.areeo.ac.ir/article_134339_1ebfc0710500b13351343a709de69399.pdf
