Publication Ethics

  • The manuscripts must be submitted in the specialized field of publication and have a scientific-research aspect related to journal scope.
  • Manuscripts taken from theses and dissertations of students are published with the name of the supervisor, advisers and students. The manuscript will be published with the approval of the supervisor and his responsibility.
  • The whole manuscript or part of it, neither has been published and is not being considered for publication elsewhere in any language except as an abstract.
  • None of the authors have any financial relationships with any company or any other bias or conflict of interest.
  • Manuscripts translated from other languages ​​will not be accepted.
  • The journal has the right to reject or accept, edit, summarize or modify the accepted manuscripts and is exempted from returning the received manuscripts.
  • In case of not receiving a response from the authors to correct the manuscript within a certain period of time, withdrawing the manuscript after sending it to the referee, or when the manuscript was sent to another journal at the same time, the manuscript will be archived and the authors' names will be blacklisted.
  • The preparation of the manuscript should be free from any unethical practices including falsification of data and scientific plagiarism in the presentation of analysis or execution of experiments or in the expression of research results.
  • If the members of the editorial board have a question regarding ethical issues of the manuscript, the authors are obliged to answer and defend in a clear way.
  • It is necessary to mention the corresponding author in the manuscript. The corresponding author for the manuscript is the person who has contributed significantly to the preparation, design and implementation of the manuscript, and the names of other authors are also mentioned as collaborators in the manuscript.
  • The personal information of the authors is confidential to all those who have access to it, including the editor, editorial members and executive manager of journal.
  • The manuscript presented by the authors must be the work of the author presenting the manuscript, and if other people's research results is used, it should be cited in the manuscript.
  • Decisions about manuscripts are made under the supervision of the editorial board and through the appointment of qualified reviewers.
  • The evaluation of all received manuscripts is done by several reviewers without informing them about the names of authors.
