تاثیر جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ قصیل جو بر عملکرد تولیدی، فراسنجه های خونی و شکمبه ای و گوارش پذیری ظاهری گاوهای پرتولید هلشتاین

چکیده

در این مطالعه از 200 راس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین در 4 بهاربند فری استال در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده گردید. تعداد 60 راس (30 راس از هر گروه) دام‌های انتخاب شده با ویژگی‌های یکسان (فاصله از زایش 15 ± 180، میانگین تولید شیر 5 ± 49، میانگین دفعات زایش 5/0± 95/2) جهت انجام نمونه‌گیری خون و شیر مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد بر پایه سیلاژ ذرت و جیره آزمایشی (جایگزینی 5 درصد از سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ قصیل جو بر اساس ماده خشک) می باشد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در صورت جایگزینی سیلاژ قصیل جو در سطح 5 درصد (ماده خشک) با سیلاژ ذرت به طوری که سایر مواد مغذی در جیره تغییرات محسوسی نداشته باشند، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر تولید و ترکیبات شیر نداشت ولی باعث کاهش معنی‌دار (05/0 p<) مصرف خوراک در گروه آزمایشی که سیلاژ قصیل جو دریافت کرده بودند شد. علاوه بر این جیره‌های آزمایشی باعث افزایش معنی‌دار نیتروژن اوره‌‌ای خون در مقایسه با جیره شاهد شدند. جایگزین کردن سیلاژ قصیل جو در سطح 5 درصد با سیلاژ ذرت همچنین باعث افزایش معنی‌دار درصد اسیدپروپیونیک مایع شکمبه شد و بر سایر فراسنجه‌های شکمبه‌ای تأثیر نداشت. سیلاژ قصیل جو همچنین باعث افزایش گوارش‌پذیری ظاهری ماده خشک، پروتئین و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که جایگزین کردن سیلاژ قصیل جو با سیلاژ ذرت تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد تولیدی نداشت.
