چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور اندازه گیری قابلیت هضم ایلئومی و ابقاء ظاهری کلسیم و فسفر در کنجاله سویا، کنجاله کانولا، کربنات کلسیم، مونو کلسیم فسفات و دی کلسیم فسفات با روش مستقیم در نیمچه‌های تخم‌گذار انجام شد. پنج جیره آزمایشی نیمه خالص شامل دی کلسیم فسفات، مونو کلسیم فسفات و کربنات کلسیم (با غلظت 1 درصد کلسیم) و کنجاله سویا و کنجاله کانولا ( با غلظت 19/0 و25/0 درصد کلسیم به ترتیب) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.هر جیره آزمایشی بطور تصادفی به شش واحد ازمایشی (8 نیمچه تخمگذار در هر تکرار) بمدت 3 روز اختصاص یافت.ضرایب قابلیت هضم ایلئومی حقیقی کلسیم در دی کلسیم فسفات، مونو کلسیم فسفات و کربنات کلسیم به ترتیب 55/0، 57/0 و 76/0 و در کنجاله سویا و کنجاله کانولا، به ترتیب 76/0 و 91/0 بود.
درصد کلسیم سنگدان در تیمار کربنات کلسیم بطور معنی‌داری بیش از محتوای کلسیم سنگدان در تیمارهای دی‌کلسیم فسفات، منوکلسیم فسفات و کنجاله سویا بود (05/0P<). قابلیت هضم ظاهری ایلئومی فسفر در مونو و دی کلسیم فسفات (به ترتیب 83/0 و 93/0) بیشتر از کنجاله کانولا بود (P<0.01)، در حالیکه میزان ابقای ظاهری فسفر در مونوکلسیم فسفات (905/0) به طور معنی‌داری بیش از بقیه منابع مورد بررسی بود (P<0.01). در نیمچه های تخمگذار در سن 12 هفتگی، قابلیت هضم حقیقی کلسیم در کربنات کلسیم، کنجاله سویا و کنجاله کانولا بالاتر از دی کلسیم فسفات و مونو کلسیم فسفات می باشد، در حالیکه، قابلیت هضم فسفر در دی کلسیم فسفات و مونوکلسیم فسفات مشابه و بالاتر از سایر منابع مورد بررسی بود.
