چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر مصرف خوراکی مکمل نانوذرات روی بر فراسنجه‌های کمی و کیفی منی قوچ‌ نژاد زندی بود. به این منظور از 15 راس قوچ نژاد زندی 4-3 ساله استفاده شد. قوچ‌ها به مدت 60 روز با تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره پایه، 2) جیره پایه حاوی 35 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم نانوذرات روی و 3) جیره پایه حاوی 70 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم نانوذرات روی تغذیه شدند. اسپرم‌گیری از روز اول آزمایش به مدت 60 روز و به فاصله هر 10 روز یک بار توسط واژن مصنوعی انجام شد. فراسنجه‌های کمی و کیفی اسپرم شامل حجم منی، تعداد، تحرک، سلامت غشا و زنده‌مانی اسپرم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مکمل‌سازی جیره با 70 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم نانوذرات روی موجب بهبود تعداد، تحرک، تحرک پیش‌رونده، سلامت غشا و زنده‌مانی اسپرم نسبت به گروه کنترل و گروه دریافت‌کننده 35 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم نانوذرات روی شد (05/0>P). بنابراین افزودن نانوذرات روی به جیره روشی مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت منی و در نتیجه افزایش عملکرد تولید مثلی در قوچ است.
