چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی استفاده از مولتی‌آنزیم بر عملکرد، قابلیت هضم، جمعیت میکروبی روده، ویسکوزیته و pH دستگاه گوارش مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی60-45 هفتگی می‌باشد. برای این منظور، تعداد 260 قطعه مرغ مادر گوشتی سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح پایه کاملا تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار (13 مرغ و یک خروس در هر تکرار) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) گروه شاهد مثبت (جیره پایه با انرژی و فسفر استاندارد و بدون مولتی‌آنزیم)، 2) گروه شاهد منفی (جیره پایه که از نظر انرژی 5 درصد و فسفر 50 درصد کمتر از استاندارد بود)، 3) گروه شاهد منفی حاوی یک گرم در کیلوگرم مولتی‌آنزیم و 4) گروه شاهد مثبت حاوی یک گرم در کیلوگرم مولتی‌آنزیم بودند. نتایج نشان داد که گروه شاهد منفی باعث کاهش معنی‌داری درصد تخم‌گذاری و وزن تخم‌مرغ نسبت به گروه شاهد مثبت شد. استفاده از مولتی‌آنزیم در جیره شاهد منفی، پارامترهای یاد‌شده را بهبود بخشید به طوری‌که تفاوت معنی‌داری با تیمار شاهد مثبت نداشت. جیره شاهد مثبت حاوی مولتی‌آنزیم باعث افزایش قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، کلسیم و فسفر نسبت به سایر تیمارها شد (05/0>P). جیره شاهد منفی حاوی مولتی‌آنزیم ویسکوزیته محتویات ژژنوم را نسبت به تیمار شاهد منفی کاهش داد (05/0>P). به طور کلی تغذیه مرغ‌های مادر گوشتی با جیره 5 درصد انرژی و 50 درصد فسفر کمتر از استاندارد باعث کاهش عملکرد، قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، پروتئین خام و فسفر و افزایش ویسکوزیته محتویات روده شد که با افزودن مولتی‌آنزیم پارامترهای یاد‌شده بهبود یافت.
