چکیده

هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی تفاوت بین جوجه‌های گوشتی نر و ماده و بررسی تأثیر جنسیت بر عملکرد، ریخت‌شناسی روده، جمعیت میکروبی روده و فراسنجه‌های خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی بود. بدین منظور تعداد 120 قطعه جوجه گوشتی راس 308 یک روزه نر و ماده تعیین جنسیت شدند و به 2 گروه (60 نر و 60 ماده) با 6 تکرار و 10 پرنده در هر تکرار تقسیم شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف خوراک در دوره رشد، پایانی و کل دوره و افزایش وزن بدن در دوره رشد و کل دوره در جوجه‌های گوشتی نر بیشتر از جوجه‌های گوشتی ماده بود (05/0>P). ارتفاع پرز دئودنوم و ژژونوم و نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت ژژنوم در جوجه‌های گوشتی نر نسبت به پرندگان ماده بیشتر بود (05/0>P). جوجه‌های گوشتی ماده عمق کریپت بیشتری در بخش ژژنوم داشتند. غلظت گلوکز، اسید اوریک، آلبومین و پروتئین کل خون در پرندگان نر به طور معنی‌داری بیشتر از پرندگان ماده بود (05/0>P). اما غلظت تری‌گلیسیرید، کلسترول و T3 خون در جوجه‌های گوشتی ماده بیشتر بود (05/0>P). جمعیت باکتری‌های لاکتوباسیلوس در ایلئوم و سکوم جوجه‌های گوشتی نر بیشتر از جوجه‌های گوشتی ماده بود (05/0>P). به طور کلی جوجه‌های گوشتی نر و ماده در اکثر پارامترهای بررسی شده با هم تفاوت دارند و استفاده از پرندگان نر یا ماده نتایج تحقیقات را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. بنابراین توصیه می‌شود که محققان به دلیل تفاوت‌های موجود و مشکلات تعیین جنسیت در سن یک روزگی به دنبال روش‌های جایگزین از جمله برآورد اثر جنسیت با استفاده از روش‌های هوشمند محاسباتی باشند.
