چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر منابع مختلف مس (سولفات مس، مس متیونین، دی هیدروژن فسفات مس، کربوهیدرات مس و نانوذرات مس) بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، سیستم ایمنی و خصوصیات استخوان جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. سیصد قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 6 تکرار 10 قطعه‌ای استفاده گردید. تغذیه جیره حاوی مس متیونین، دی هیدروژن فسفات مس و نانو ذرات مس باعث افزایش وزن بدن در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد. همچنین تغذیه با جیره حاوی مس متیونین و دی هیدروژن فسفات مس، ضریب تبدیل خوراک پایین‌تری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشتند. وزن بورس فابرسیوس در جوجه‌های گوشتی که با جیره حاوی مس متیونین، دی هیدروژن فسفات مس و نانو ذرات مس تغذیه شدند، به‌طور معنی‌دار بیشتر از تیمار شاهد بود. استفاده از مس متیونین در تغذیه جوجه‌های گوشتی باعث افزایش وزن و قطر استخوان درشت‌نی نسبت به سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی شد. استفاده از جیره حاوی دی هیدروژن فسفات مس و کربوهیدرات مس باعث افزایش ازدیاد حساسیت تأخیری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد، مس متیونین و نانو ذرات مس شد. پاسخ SRBC در پرندگان تغذیه شده با مس متیونین، دی هیدروژن فسفات مس و کربوهیدرات مس بیشتر از پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره شاهد و نانو ذرات مس بود. با توجه به اثر مثبت مس متیونین بر عملکرد و خصوصیات استخوان و اثر دی هیدروژن فسفات مس بر بهبود سیستم ایمنی، جایگزینی سولفات مس با این منابع آلی در تغذیه جوجه‌های گوشتی توصیه می‌شود.
