چکیده

.این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اثر روش‌های مختلف فرآوری سبوس‌گندم بر عملکرد رشد، ریخت‌شناسی روده، پارامترهای سرم و سیستم ایمنی در جوجه‌های گوشتی از سن 1 تا 42 روزگی انجام شد. تعداد 504 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یکروزه ( راس 308 با متوسط وزن44/0± 8/42) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در 7 تیمار آزمایشی ( 6 تکرار12 قطعه‌ای به ازاء هرتیمار) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. تیمار‌های آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: جیره پایه، جیره پایه حاوی 3 و 6 درصد سبوس‌گندم، جیره پایه حاوی 3 و 6 درصد سبوس‌گندم اکسترود شده، جیره پایه حاوی 3 و 6 درصد سبوس‌گندم تخمیر شده با ساکارومایسس سرویزیه بودند. در طول دوره آزمایش، برای هر تکرار مصرف خوراک روزانه و افزایش وزن بدن اندازه‌گیری شدند و ضریب تبدیل خوراک محاسبه شد. تمامی تیمارهای آزمایشی، غلظت گلوکز سرم را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش دادند (01/0P <). سطح کلسترول، اسیداوریک، آلبومین، پروتئین تام و فعالیت آنزیم آسپارتات‌آمینوترنسفراز در همه گروه‌های آزمایشی نسبت به گروه شاهد افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (01/0P <). به طور کلی، بهبود نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت در گروه دریافت کننده سبوس‌گندم تخمیری 3 درصد و سبوس‌گندم اکسترود 3 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد مشاهده شد (05/0P ). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که نسبت ارتفاع پرز به عمق کریپت که دلالت بر سطح جذب دارد در تیمار حاوی 3 درصد سبوس گندم تخمیری و اکسترود شده بهبود یافت و استفاده از سبوس‌گندم تا سطح 6 درصد فرآوری شده یا غیر فرآوری شده تاثیر منفی بر عملکرد و ویژگی‌های لاشه نداشت
