چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف پودر سیر بر عملکرد، پارامترهای تخمیر شکمبه، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی، فراسنجه‌های خونی و بازده اقتصادی در بره‌های پرواری انجام شد. بدین منظور از تعداد ۲۴ رأس بره نر پرواری شال، با میانگین وزن اولیه 67/1± 34/26 کیلوگرم در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با ۴ تیمار و ۶ تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون پودر سیر) و تیمارهای حاوی 20، 40 و 60 گرم در کیلوگرم بر اساس ماده خشک پودر سیر در جیره بودند. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از جیره حاوی 40 و 60 گرم در کیلوگرم پودر سیر باعث افزایش در افزایش وزن کل و میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد (05/0>P). قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، ماده آلی و پروتئین خام به طور معنی‌دار در تیمارهای 40 و 60 گرم پودر سیر بیشتر از تیمار شاهد و 20 گرم پودر سیر بود (05/0>P). در بره‌های تغذیه شده با 40 و 60 گرم پودر سیر غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار و پروپیونات نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش یافت اما نسبت استات به پروپیونات به طور معنی‌دار کاهش یافت (05/0>P). سطوح مختلف پودر سیر باعث افزایش غلظت ایمونوگلوبین G و M شدند. هزینه خوراک به ازای هر کیلوگرم افزایش وزن بدن در تیمارهای 20، 40 و 60 گرم پودر سیر به ترتیب 75/1، 43/6 و 60/7 درصد کاهش یافت. بنابراین می‌توان از پودر سیر به عنوان افزودنی غذایی برای بهبود عملکرد و ارتقای سلامت بره‌های پرواری تا سطح 60 گرم در کیلوگرم خوراک استفاده نمود.
