تأثیر جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاج خروس بر افزایش وزن، تخمیر شکمبه‌ای و فراسنجه‌های خونی یک گله پرواری گوسفند مغانی

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت (CS) با سیلاژ تاج‌خروس (AS) بر افزایش وزن، تخمیر شکمبه و فراسنجه‌های خون دام، تعداد 50 رأس بره نر مغانی با میانگین وزنی 9/1±28 کیلوگرم به مدت 98 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پنج جیره آزمایشی هم‌انرژی و هم‌پروتئین بر اساس نیازهای غذایی دام تنظیم شدند که در آنها سیلاژ ذرت با سطوح مختلف سیلاژ تاج‌خروس (به‌ترتیب سطوح 0، 75، 150، 225 و 300 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک) جایگزین گردید. خوراکدهی به صورت آزاد و در قالب جیره کاملاً مخلوط دو بار در روز انجام شد. با جایگزین نمودن سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاج‌خروس، مصرف خوراک روزانه، افزایش وزن، نسبت مولی بوتیرات در شکمبه افزایش، اما نسبت مولی ایزووالرات شکمبه، و غلظت تری‌گلیسریدهای خون کاهش یافت (05/0P<). نسبت‌های مولی استات، پروپیونات، ایزوبوتیرات، والرات و pH شکمبه، غلظت گلوکز، پروتئین کل، آلبومین، کراتینین، کلسیم، فسفر، منیزیم، سدیم، پتاسیم و کلر خون در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی یکسان بود. در مجموع، جایگزینی سیلاژ ذرت با سیلاژ تاج‌خروس تا سطح 300 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک جیره، برای بره پرواری مغانی بدون آن که اثر منفی بر رشد دام و فراسنجه‌های شیمیایی خون داشته باشد، امکان‌پذیر بود
