تاثیر عصاره ی هیدروالکلی آویشن بر عملکرد، وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی و گازهای خونی جوجه های گوشتی دریافت کننده ی نیترات سدیم در آب آشامیدنی

چکیده

آزمایشی با استفاده از  220 قطعه جوجه­ی نر گوشتی یکروزه  سویه راس (308) به منظور بررسی اثرات  سطوح مختلف صفر، 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 درصد عصاره­ی آویشن در آب آشامیدنی حاوی نیترات سدیم (4/27 میلی­گرم در لیتر) بر عملکرد، وضعیت آنتی­اکسیدانی و گازهای خون انجام گرفت. تفاوت معنی­داری بین تیمارها برای افزایش وزن و مصرف خوراک در دوره­های آغازین، رشد، پایانی و کل دوره آزمایشی مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). در دوره­ی آغازین، نیترات تاثیری بر ضریب تبدیل نداشت ولی مصرف بالاترین سطح عصاره­­ی آویشن باعث افزایش ضریب تبدیل گردید (05/0P<). در دوره­ی رشد، پایانی و کل دوره هم تفاوت معنی­داری بین ضریب تبدیل تیمارهای آزمایشی مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). هیچکدام از تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیری بر اسیداوریک، کراتینین، پروتئین کل، مالون دی آلدئید، ظرفیت کل آنتی­اکسیدانی و فراسنجه­های گازهای خون در 42 روزگی نداشتند (05/0P>). مصرف نیترات منجر به افزایش اوره خون گردید در حالی که مکمل­سازی عصاره­ی آویشن، سطح آن را کاهش داد (05/0P<). به طور کلی اگرچه مصرف 4/27 میلی­گرم نیترات در آب آشامیدنی باعث ایجاد آسیب­های کلیوی و در نتیجه افزایش اوره خون در جوجه­های گوشتی در اواخر دوره آزمایش (42 روزگی) می­گردد ولی تغییری در عملکرد، فراسنجه­های آنتی­اکسیدان خون و همچنین گازهای خونی ایجاد نمی­کند که بیانگر عدم ایجاد مت­هموگلوبینمیا و پراکسیداسیون است. اما مصرف عصاره­ی آویشن در جوجه­های تحت تیمار نیترات از طریق کاهش آسیب­های کلیوی آخر دوره ناشی از نیترات باعث کاهش اوره خون می­گردد.
