بررسی اثرات پودر زردچوبه، تفاله گوجه فرنگی و منبع چربی بر غلظت لیپیدهای خونی، فعالیت آنزیمی، فراسنجه های خون شناسی و سامانه ضداکسیدانی جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی

چکیده

این آزمایش، تأثیر افزودن پودر زردچوبه، تفاله گوجه­فرنگی و روغن‌های کانولا، سویا و پیه حیوانی بر غلظت لیپیدهای خونی، فراسنجه­های خون شناسی و وضعیت ضداکسیدانی جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی را بررسی نمود. به این منظور، تعداد 504 قطعه جوجه یک­روزه سویه راس در 12 تیمار، 3 تکرار  و 14 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار توزیع شد. این آزمایش به­صورت فاکتوریل 2×2×3 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه نوع چربی (سویا، کانولا و پیه حیوانی)، دو سطح پودر زردچوبه (4/0 و 8/0درصد) و دو سطح تفاله گوجه­فرنگی (3 و 5 درصد) اجرا شد. در دوره تنش گرمایی (42-29 روزگی) روزانه به مدت 5 ساعت دمای 33 درجه سانتی گراد و رطوبت نسبی حداقل 50 درصد  اعمال شد. در روزهای 28 و 42، دو جوجه از هر قفس خون­گیری، پلاسما و همولیزات  نمونه های خون تهیه گردید. در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا و سویا غلظت کلسترول در شرائط تنش و LDL -C در 28 روزگی و بعد از تنش کاهش و HDL-C افزایش یافت. زردچوبه نیز میزان HDL-C را افزایش و LDL -C را کاهش داد (05/0>P) ولی تفاله گوجه تأثیری بر میزان چربی­های خونی نداشت (05/0<P). درصد هموگلوبین و هماتوکریت در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا نسبت به پیه افزایش یافت و نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت نیز تحت تاثیر مصرف کانولا، در 28 روزگی پائین­تر بود. زردچوبه و تفاله گوجه در جوجه‌های تحت تنش نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت را کاهش داد(05/0>P). فعالیت آنزیم­های ALP، AST و ALT در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا در شرائط تنش گرمایی حداقل مقدار را نشان  داد. سطح 5 درصد تفاله گوجه فعالیت آنزیم ALT را در 28 روزگی و ALP را در جوجه‌های تحت تنش گرمایی کاهش داد(05/0>P). در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با روغن کانولا و زردچوبه بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم GPx  و کمترین شاخص TBARS مشاهده شد(05/0>P). بنابراین مکمل نمودن روغن کانولا به همراه ضداکسیدان­های آلی به کاهش کلسترول وفعالیت آنزیم­های کبدی و بهبود وضعیت ضداکسیدانی جوجه­های گوشتی تحت تنش گرمایی منجر خواهد شد.
