اثر مصرف علف خشک خارشتر در جیره غذایی بر عملکرد گوسفندان بلوچی

چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر علوفه­ی خارشتر (Alhagi sp.) در جیره‌ی غذایی، بر عملکرد میش­های بلوچی در دوران آبستنی و شیردهی انجام شد که در آن از 72 رأس میش بلوچی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تیمار و 4 تکرار استفاده شد. جیره­های آزمایشی شامل: 1) کاه گندم، یونجه خشک، جو به نسبت  50، 30 و 20 درصد؛ 2) کاه گندم، یونجه خشک، خارشتر، جو به نسبت 25، 15، 40 و 20 درصد؛  3) خارشتر، جو به نسبت 80 و 20 درصد  بود، که در تغذیه‌ی میش­ها (از سه ماهگی دوره آبستنی تا 2 ماه پس از زایمان به مدت 120 روز) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. میانگین مصرف خوراک روزانه بر حسب گرم در روز در جیره‌ی 2، پایین‌تر از دو جیره‌ی دیگر بود (05/0P <)، اما مصرف خوراک به ازای وزن متابولیکی، تحت تاثیر جیره‌ی غذایی قرار نگرفت. میزان تولید شیر روزانه نیز در جیره‌ی سوم بالاتر از جیره‌ی دوم بود (05/0P <). با مصرف خارشتر در جیره‌ی غذایی، چربی، پروتئین و ماده‌ی جامد شیر کاهش یافت (05/0P <). افزایش وزن روزا نه‌ی بره‌های متولد شده نیز(طی دوره‌ی 60 روزه­ از زمان تولد) در گروه دریافت کننده‌ی جیره‌ی دوم پایین‌تر از دو گروه دیگر بود (05/0P <). با افزودن خارشتر در جیره‌ی غذایی، هزینه‌ی تغذیه کاهش نشان داد، به نحوی که کمترین هزینه‌ی تغذیه مربوط به جیره‌ی حاوی 80 درصد خارشتر بود. به طورکلی نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که علف خارشتر را می توان به عنوان بخش خشبی جیره‌ی غذایی در تغذیه‌ی گوسفند مصرف نمود هر چند نیاز به پژوهش‌های بیشتری می‌باشد
