گوارش پذیری دانه های غلات فرآوری شده در اسب ترکمن به روش کیسه های نایلونی متحرک

چکیده

این آزمایش، جهت تعیین گوارش­پذیری دانه جو و ذرت فرآوری شده در اسب نژاد ترکمن با استفاده از روش کیسه­های نایلونی متحرک انجام شد. بدین منظور، از چهار راس مادیان ترکمن استفاده شد. غلات آزمایشی شامل جو و ذرت بودند که به چهار  شکل مختلف شامل پولکی شده با بخار، فرآوری شده با اشعه مادون قرمز، پلت شده و بدون فرآوری مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. خوراک­های مورد نظر به مقدار یک گرم در داخل هر کیسه ریخته شدند و توسط لوله بینی- معده­ای به داخل دستگاه گوارش فرستاده شدند. جمع آوری کیسه­ها از طریق مدفوع انجام گرفت و پس از شستشو و خشک کردن آن­ها مقدار ماده خشک، نشاسته، پروتئین خام و عصاره اتری نمونه­ها اندازه­گیری و گوارش­پذیری هر کدام محاسبه گردید. اطلاعات حاصل از آزمایش به صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 4×2 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که گوارش­پذیری ماده خشک جو بالاتر از ذرت می­باشد (05/0>P)، همچنین، میکرونیزه کردن غلات باعث افزایش گوارش­پذیری ماده خشک نسبت به سایر روش های فرآوری گردید (05/0>P). گوارش­پذیری نشاسته بین دو غله تفاوتی نداشت، ولی میکرونیزه کردن و پولکی کردن غلات باعث افزایش گوارش­پذیری نشاسته نسبت به سایر روش­های فرآوری شد (05/0>P). مقایسه جداگانه تاثیر فرآوری بر دانه جو و ذرت نشان داد که پلت کردن ذرت باعث افزایش گوارش­پذیری پروتئین خام نسبت به جو می­شود (05/0>P). گوارش­پذیری عصاره اتری بین دو غله تفاوت معنی­داری داشت و دانه ذرت دارای گوارش­پذیری بالاتری نسبت به دانه جو بود (05/0>P). به طور کلی، می­توان این گونه نتیجه گیری نمود که فرآوری با مادون قرمز و پولکی کردن با بخار، سبب بهبود گوارش­پذیری ماده خشک و نشاسته در دستگاه گوارش اسب می­شوند و فرآوری، تاثیر بیشتری بر دانه جو داشت.
