تأثیر منبع علوفه و دفعات تغذیه‌ی منابع مختلف نیتروژن بر عملکرد، قابلیت هضم ظاهری و متابولیت‌های خونی گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین

چکیده

در این آزمایش، 12 رأس گاو هلشتاین در اواسط دوره شیردهی (روزهای شیردهی 10 ± 100) در یک طرح مربع لاتین ناقص 6 × 6 با 4 دوره­ی 21 روزه استفاده شدند. گاوها به یکی از 6 تیمار که در قالب یک طرح فاکتوریل 3×2 مرتب شده بودند، اختصاص داده ­شدند. تیمارها شامل: نسبت‌های متفاوت یونجه­ی خشک به سیلاژ ذرت (35 به 15 و 15 به 35) و دفعات تغذیه­ی منابع مختلف پروتئین قابل تجزیه در شکمبه، 1- تغذیه تمام جیره­ی کاملاً مخلوط یک‌بار در ساعت 9 صبح 2- تغذیه­ی بخشی از کنجاله سویا در ساعت 9 شب 3- تغذیه­ی بخشی از اوره در ساعت 9 شب بودند. ماده­ی خشک مصرفی و تغییرات وزن بدن به صورت معنی­داری تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند. تولید شیر خام و تولید شیر تصحیح شده بر اساس 5/3 درصد چربی به صورت معنی­داری در گاوهای تغذیه شده با سیلاژ ذرت بیشتر بود(05/0P<). تغذیه­ی کنجاله سویا در وعده­ی عصر باعث افزایش تولید شیر خام، شیر تصحیح شده بر اساس انرژی و شیر تصحیح شده بر اساس 5/3 درصد چربی شد (01/0P<). جیره‌های آزمایشی تغییری در درصد چربی، پروتئین و لاکتوز شیر ایجاد نکردند. بازده خوراک تحت تأثیر منابع الیافی قرار نگرفت، ولی در گاوهای تغذیه شده با کنجاله سویا در وعده­ی عصر افزایش یافت(05/0P<). قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده خشک، ماده آلی و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی در گاوهای تغذیه شده بر پایه سیلاژ ذرت تمایل به افزایش داشتند (1/0P<)، ولی تحت تأثیر دفعات تغذیه منابع پروتئین قرار نگرفتند. نیتروژن اوره­ای پلاسما در 6 ساعت پس از تغذیه­ی صبح به صورت معنی­داری در گاوهای تغذیه شده با تمام منبع پروتئین قابل تجزیه در شکمبه در وعده­ی صبح بیشتر بود (01/0P<). به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان دادند که جیره­ی بر پایه سیلاژ ذرت باعث افزایش تولید و بهبود قابلیت هضم ظاهری نسبت به جیره­ی بر پایه­ی یونجه شد. همچنین، تغذیه­ی بخشی (معادل یک درصد پروتئین خام جیره) از کنجاله سویا در وعده‌ی عصر باعث بهبود عملکرد در گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین شد.
