اثر سطوح کنجاله آفتابگردان و آنزیم پروتئاز بر صفات عملکردی و ریخت شناسی روده باریک در مرغ های تخم گذار

چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح کنجاله آفتابگردان و آنزیم پروتئاز بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخم مرغ و ریخت شناسی روده باریک در مرغ های تخم گذار از سن 78 تا 86 هفتگی انجام شد. مجموعا 120 قطعه مرغ تخم گذار سویه بونز وایت در 6 تیمار و هر تیمار شامل 5 تکرار و 4 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار بصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل 2×3 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 3 سطح (صفر، 78/6 و 56/13 درصد کنجاله آفتابگردان) و 2 سطح آنزیم پروتئاز (صفر و 200 گرم در تن) می باشد. نتایج نشان داد میزان تخم گذاری در سطح دوم کنجاله آفتابگردان (78/6 درصد)، نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش یافت (05/0P<). آنزیم، موجب افزایش معنی دار خوراک مصرفی گردید (05/0P<). خوراک مصرفی در تیمار 56/13 درصد کنجاله آفتابگردان با آنزیم، نسبت به سطوح صفر و 56/13 درصد کنجاله آفتابگردان بدون آنزیم و 78/6 درصد کنجاله آفتابگردان با آنزیم افزایش یافت (05/0P<). آنزیم پروتئاز، صفات تخم مرغ از جمله شاخص شکل، شاخص زرده، واحد هاو و وزن پوسته را بهبود داد (05/0P<). ضخامت پرزهای دوازدهه در تیمار 56/13 درصد کنجاله آفتابگردان بدون آنزیم، کاهش یافت (05/0P<). ارتفاع پرز دوازدهه تحت تاثیر آنزیم کاهش یافت (05/0P<). نتایج کلی نشان داد که می توان کنجاله آفتابگردان را تا سطح 56/13 درصد همراه با آنزیم بدون هیچگونه اثر منفی بر صفات عملکردی در جیره مرغ های تخم گذار بکار برد.
