تاثیر ترکیبی از عصاره‌های اتانولی آویشن شیرازی و رزماری در جیره بر روی کاهش اثرات آفلاتوکسین B1 در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

در این آزمایش، مقایسه اثرات عصاره‌های اتانولی آویشن و رزماری بر خصوصیات عملکردی، فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون، ریخت شناسی روده کوچک در جوجه‌های گوشتی مبتلا به آفلاتوکسیکوزیس مزمن انجام شد. بدین منظور، از 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد، در قالب 4 گروه آزمایشی شامل: گروه آزمایشی اول، شاهد منفی: (جیره پایه بدون آفلاتوکسینB1)؛ گروه آزمایشی دوم، شاهد مثبت (جیره پایه آلوده با آفلاتوکسین B1 به میزان 600 میکروگرم بر کیلوگرم؛ گروه آزمایشی سوم، شاهد منفی همراه با افزودنی‌های گیاهی (جیره پایه همراه با مخلوطی از عصاره‌های اتانولی آویشن و رزماری، هر کدام به میزان500 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) و گروه آزمایشی چهارم، شاهد مثبت همراه با افزودنی های گیاهی (جیره پایه آلوده با آفلاتوکسین B1 به میزان 600 میکروگرم بر کیلوگرم به همراه مخلوط عصاره‌های آویشن و رزماری، هر کدام به میزان 500 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم). برای هر گروه آزمایشی از 5 تکرار و در هر تکرار 15 قطعه جوجه گوشتی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از این بررسی مشخص کرد به کارگیری مخلوط عصاره‌های آویشن و رزماری با غلظت 1000 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم در جوجه‌های مبتلا به آفلاتوکسیکوزیس مزمن به طور معنی‌داری در افزایش وزن جوجه‌ها، کاهش ضریب تبدیل غذایی، کاهش تلفات، افزایش ارتفاع ویلی‌ها و کاهش تعداد سلول‌های گابلت روده باریک نسبت به گروه آزمایشی دریافت کننده سم اثر گذار بوده و در کاهش آنزیم‌های کبدی (ALT، GGT، ALP) و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی کم و افزایش لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا در سرم خون، به طور معنی‌داری موثر است (05/0P≤).
