اثر شاهدانه (Cannabis sativa L.) بر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی هومورال، نیمرخ لیپیدی و وضعیت ضداکسیدانی پلاسما در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

این آزمایش جهت ارزیابی اثر شاهدانه بر عملکرد، پاسخ ایمنی، نیمرخ لیپیدی و فعالیت ضداکسیدانی پلاسما در جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 250 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یکروزه (سویه راس308) به طور تصادفی در 5 تیمار با 5 تکرار ( 10 قطعه جوجه به ازای هر قفس) تقسیم شدند. تیمارها عبارت بودند از: 1) جیره شاهد یا فاقد شاهدانه (H0) 2) جیره حاوی 5 درصد شاهدانه (H5) 3) جیره حاوی 10 درصد شاهدانه (H10) 4) جیره حاوی 15 درصد شاهدانه (H15) 5) جیره حاوی 20 درصد شاهدانه (H20). داده‌ها با نرم افزارSAS9.1 و توسط رویه GLM تجزیه و مقایسه میانگین‌ها با استفاده از آزمون توکی انجام گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از شاهدانه در سطوح بالای 10 درصد در جیره، وزن بدن و میزان مصرف خوراک را به طور معنی‌داری کاهش داد (05/0>P)، اما اثر معنی‌داری بر ضریب تبدیل نداشت. همچنین، استفاده از شاهدانه در سطح بالای 5 درصد، میزان مالون دی آلدئید (MDA) پلاسما را به طور معنی‌داری کاهش داد (05/0>P)، اما اثر معنی‌داری بر پاسخ ایمنی هومورال نداشت. غلظت کلسترول کل، تری گلیسرید و HDL پلاسما تغییر نیافت، اما غلظت LDL در گروه‌های مکمل شده با دانه شاهدانه در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت(05/0>P). به طور کلی، اگرچه استفاده از شاهدانه در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی در سطوح بالای 5 درصد به عنوان یک ضداکسیدان طبیعی و کاهندهLDL مفید است، اما کاربرد آن در سطوح بالای 10درصد به علت کاهش عملکرد توصیه نمی‌شود.
