تعیین نیاز لیزین جوجه های گوشتی آرین در دوره پایانی(42-28 روزگی) با استفاده از ارزیابی پاسخ های عملکردی

چکیده

به منظور تعیین نیاز اسید آمینه لیزین جوجه­های گوشتی آرین 386 در دوره پایانی (42-28 روزگی) با استفاده از ارزیابی پاسخ­های عملکردی، آزمایشی با استفاده از 720  قطعه جوجه گوشتی آرین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش سطح لیزین کل(76/0، 86/0، 96/0، 06/1، 16/1 و 26/1درصد جیره)، شش تکرار و 20 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در سن 42-28  روزگی انجام شد. در طول دوره آزمایش، میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی تحت تاثیر سطوح لیزین قرار گرفت(05/0>p)، بالاترین میانگین افزایش وزن روزانه و بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذائی مربوط به تیمار 96/0 درصد لیزین کل در جیره بود ولی میانگین خوراک مصرفی روزانه و درصد ماندگاری تحت تأثیر سطوح مختلف لیزین قرار نگرفت. نیاز لیزین در دوره پایانی با استفاده از روش خط شکسته و معادله درجه دوم برای افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک برازش شد. نیاز لیزین کل در این دوره با استفاده از روش خط شکسته برای افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل به ترتیب 87/0 و 90/0 درصد تعیین گردید، با توجه به اینکه بیشترین افزایش وزن روزانه، بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذائی و بالاترین درصد ماندگاری جوجه­های گوشتی آرین با جیره غذائی حاوی 96/0 درصد لیزین کل بدست آمد و نیاز برآورد شده با استفاده از روش خط شکسته نیز با در نظر گرفتن ضریب اطمینان به این عدد نزدیک می باشد، لذا نیاز لیزین کل جوجه­های گوشتی آرین در دوره پایانی (42-28 روزگی) 96/0 توصیه می گردد.
