چکیده

این مقاله با هدف گردآوری و جمع‌بندی نتایج مطالعات انجام شده در رابطه با تاثیر مصرف محصول فرعی پسته در جیره بر تخمیرات شکمبه‌ای، سنتز پروتئین میکروبی، کنترل متان و جنبه‌های مختلف فیزیولوژیک نشخوارکنندگان تهیه شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در بیش‌تر آزمایشات غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه با استفاده از محصول فرعی پسته در جیره کاهش یافته است، هرچند با جیره‌های حاوی محصول فرعی پسته سنتز پروتئین میکروبی نسبت به گروه‌های شاهد کمتر بوده است. با افزایش نسبت محصول فرعی پسته در جیره‌های آزمایشی، غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار کاهش یافته است، که در برخی از آزمایشات با کاهش جمعیت کل باکتری‌های شکمبه نیز همراه بوده است. نتایج برخی از مطالعات نشان می‌دهد که استفاده از محصول فرعی پسته می‌تواند راهکاری مفید برای افزایش CLA در شیر بزهای سانن باشد. همچنین استفاده از این محصول در کاهش تولید متان موثر بوده است. به‌طور کلی، استفاده از سطوح مختلف محصول فرعی پسته در جیره دام‌های مختلف نشان داده است که تاثیر نامطلوبی بر متابولیت‌های خونی، فراسنجه‌های هماتولوژی، فعالیت کلیه‌ها و کبد نداشته است.
