تأثیر تزریق درون تخم‌مرغی کلسیم، فسفر و ویتامین D بر جوجه‌درآوری و عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های بیویشیمیائی خون و استخوان جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

اثرات تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی کلسیم (Ca) و فسفر (P) به همراه ویتامین D (VitD) بر درصد جوجه‌درآوری، ویژگی‌های استخوان و عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی پس از تفریخ، در دو آزمایش بررسی شد. در آزمایش اول، تعداد 1080 عدد تخم‌مرغ نطفه‌دار (سویه‌ی راس) به‌طور تصادفی به 9 گروه‌ آزمایشی اختصاص داده شد. تیمارها شامل 1- کنترل مثبت (تزریق سرم فیزیولوژیک)، 2- کنترل منفی (بدون تزریق محلول)، 3- تزریق محلول Ca، 4- تزریق محلول P، 5- تزریق محلول VitD، 6- تزریق محلول Ca×P، 7- تزریق محلول Ca×VitD، 8- تزریق محلول P×VitD و 9- تزریق محلول Ca×P×VitD بودند. پس از تفریخ، تعداد 80 قطعه جوجه گوشتی از تیمارهای دوره انکوباسیون انتخاب و در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی (4 تکرار با 20 قطعه پرنده) به مدت 6 هفته پرورش یافتند. درصد جوجه‌درآوری با تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی Ca×P×VitD افزایش یافت (P<0.05). فعالیت آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز جوجه‌های گوشتی در 1 و 42 روزگی با تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی Ca×P×VitD در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (P<0.05). قدرت شکنندگی استخوان جوجه‌های گوشتی در 1 و 42 روزگی با تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی Ca×P، Ca×VitD و Ca×P×VitD در مقایسه با سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (P<0.05). غلظت Ca استخوان جوجه‌های گوشتی در 1 و 21 روزگی با تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی Ca×VitD و Ca×P×VitD نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود (P<0.05). نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد می‌کند که تزریق داخل تخم‌مرغی Ca، P و VitD در روز اول انکوباسیون می‌تواند رشد و بلوغ سلول‌های استخوان را تسریع کند، با این حال تزریق ترکیبی مواد مغذی نسبت به تزریق منفرد آنها موثرتر بود.
