تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی و انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت ارقام مختلف گندم ایران با و بدون فرآوری در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

به منظور تعیین ترکیبات شیمیایی و انرژی قابل سوخت و ساز ظاهری تصحیح شده برای ازت (AMEn) از 16 رقم گندم ایران قبل و بعد از فرآوری در دو آزمایش استفاده شد. در آزمایش اول تعداد 330 قطعه جوجه گوشتی مخلوط دو جنس (سن 10-7 روزگی) و در آزمایش دوم تعداد 198 قطعه (سن 24-21 روزگی) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. اندازه‌گیری AMEn به روش جمع آوری فضولات و با استفاده از نشانگر در دو سن 10 و 24 روزگی انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، میانگین نسبت بهبود قبل و بعد تخمیر ترکیبات شیمیایی 16 رقم گندم شامل ماده خشک، پروتئین خام، الیاف خام، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی، نشاسته، کربوهیدرات های غیر نشاسته ای کل، محلول، نامحلول، چربی خام، خاکستر، ترکیب غیر فیبری و عصاره عاری از ازت به ترتیب 48/2+، 61/0+، 79/0+، 09/0+، 10/5-، 97/12-، 50/2-، 38/0-، 12/2-، 41/0-، 79/0+، 11/4+ و 73/0+ درصد به دست آمد. میانگین AMEn ارقام گندم‌های تخمیر نشده در دو سن 10 و 24 روزگی بر حسب as fed به ترتیب برابر 2560 و 2944 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم و برای ارقام گندم‌های تخمیر شده به ترتیب برابر 2770 و 3141 کیلوکالری در کیلوگرم به دست آمد. نتایج آنالیز نشان داد که بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از لحاظ AMEn چه قبل از تخمیر و چه بعد از تخمیر و همچنین بین AMEn در سن 10 و 24 روزگی اختلاف معنی دار وجود دارد (01/0 > P) و در اثر فرآوری و همچنین افزایش سن جوجه‌ها، میزان AMEn افزایش می‌یابد.
