چکیده

آزمایشی با هدف تعیین اثر کاربرد بنتونیت سدیم برتولید، قابلیت هضم و مصرف خوراک گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین تغذیه شده با سیلاژ یونجه آلوده به آفت‌کش فوزالون، انجام شد. از 20 رأس گاو شیرده هلشتاین (میانگین وزن 37±577 کیلوگرم) در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با داده‌های تکرار شده در واحد زمان استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) شاهد: حاوی سیلاژ یونجه بدون آفت‌کش فوزالون و بنتونیت سدیم 2) شاهد + بنتونیت سدیم (تغذیه روزانه 330 گرم بنتونیت برای هر رأس حیوان) 3) شاهد + سیلاژ یونجه آلوده به فوزالون و 4) شاهد + بنتونیت سدیم (330 گرم در روز) و سیلاژ یونجه آلوده به فوزالون بودند. مصرف ماده خشک و راندمان شیردهی تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت ولی میزان تولید شیر، قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و ماده آلی در تیمارهای حاوی بنتونیت سدیم نسبت به تیمار شاهد، بالاتر بود (05/0p<). مقدار مدفوع در تیمارهای حاوی بنتونیت سدیم به‌ویژه تیمار 4 کمترین بود (05/0>p). انتقال فوزالون از خوراک آلوده، به شیر مشهود بود بهطوریکه ضریب انتقال آن برای تیمارهای 3 و4 به‌ترتیب برابر با 35/1 و 79/0 درصد محاسبه گردید و بنتونیت سدیم توانست با اختلاف معنی‌داری از ورود فوزالون به شیر ممانعت نماید (05/0p<). همچنین دفع روزانه فوزالون از طریق ادرار و مدفوع به‌طور معنی‌داری در تیمار حاوی بنتونیت سدیم افزایش یافت (05/0>p). نتایج کلی نشان داد که فوزالون از طریق خوراک آلوده، به شیر انتقال می‌یابد و بنتونیت سدیم علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد دام‌ها می‌تواند مانع از ورود فوزالون به شیر گردد.
