ارزیابی مدل‌های غیرخطی برای توصیف منحنی رشد در یک گله ازگاومیش‌های استان خوزستان

چکیده

رشد به عنوان تغییرات وزن زنده در واحد زمان تعریف می‌شود که می‌توان با مشاهده تغییر وزن در سنین مختلف و با استفاده از مدل‌های ریاضی توصیف‌کننده رشد آن را بررسی نمود. لذا، در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی منحنی رشد گاومیش‌های یک گله در استان خوزستان، از رکوردهای جمع‌آوری شده وزن از تولد تا پنج سالگی 37 رأس گاومیش نر و 42 رأس گاومیش ماده (2694 رکورد وزن بدن)، استفاده شد. توابع مورد بررسی، پنج مدل رشد گمپرتز، لجستیک، برودی، وان‌برتالانفی و ریچاردز بودند. برازش مدل‌ها با استفاده از رویه NLIN نرم‌افزار SAS 9.1 انجام شد. برای تعیین مناسب‌ترین مدل از معیارهای ضریب تعیین تصحیح شده، میانگین مربعات خطا، انحراف مطلق میانگین و معیار آکائیک تصحیح شده استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در بین مدل‌ها، وان‌برتالانفی با ضریب تعیین تصحیح شده بالا و کمترین مقدار معیارهای خطا مناسب‌تر از سایر مدل‌ها بود. برازش مدل‌ها برای گاومیش‌های نر و ماده نتیجه یکسانی داشت و برای هر دو گروه، وان‌برتالانفی، ریچاردز، گمپرتز، برودی و لجستیک به ترتیب دارای رتبه‌های 1 تا 5 بودند. براساس مدل مناسب، وزن بلوغ و نرخ بلوغ برای گاومیش‌های ماده و نر به ترتیب 631 و 758 کیلوگرم، و 052/0 و 050/0 کیلوگرم در ماه برآورد شد. همبستگی بین پارامترهای وزن بلوغ و نرخ بلوغ نیز برای جنس نر و ماده به ترتیب 92/0- و 91/0- و سن گاومیش‌های ماده و نر در نقطه عطف منحنی رشد به ترتیب 62/11 و 42/12 ماهگی برآورد گردید. مدل پیشنهادی می‌تواند در پیش‌بینی رشد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
