اثرات افزودن ملاس چغندر و دانه جو و پژمرده نمودن بر فراسنجه‌های کمی و کیفی علوفه سیلو شده کلزا

چکیده

این آزمایش با هدف تعیین تأثیر افزودن ملاس، دانه جو و زمان تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ بر کیفیت ظاهری و ارزش تغذیه‌ای سیلاژ کلزا انجام شد. داده‌ها در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و آرایه فاکتوریل 2×4 آنالیز شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) سیلاژ بدون افزودنی (شاهد) بدون تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ، 2) سیلاژ بدون افزودنی با 48 ساعت تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ 3) افزودن 5 درصد ملاس بدون تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ ، 4) افزودن 5 درصد ملاس با 48 ساعت تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ ، 5) افزودن 5 درصد دانه جو بدون تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ ، 6) افزودن 5 درصد دانه جو با 48 ساعت تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ ، 7) افزودن 5/2 درصد ملاس + 5/2 درصد دانه جو بدون تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ و 8) افزودن 5/2 درصد ملاس + 5/2 درصد دانه جو با 48 ساعت تأخیر در تهیه سیلاژ بودند. هر کدام از افزودنی‌ها در دو زمان مختلف با علوفه کلزا مخلوط شدند (صفر و 48 ساعت پس از برداشت)، و سپس در سطل‌های پلاستیکی، به مدت 60 روز در دمای 25 درجه سانتیگراد نگهداری شدند. مطابق نتایج، افزودن ملاس باعث افزایش کربوهیدرات‌های محلول در آب، کاهش PH، فیبر نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و اسیدی شد (05/0>P). تاخیر در تهیه سیلاژ، سبب بهبود شرایط ظاهری، افزایش PH و پروتئین خام سیلاژ گردید (05/0>P). تیمار دارای ملاس و دانه جو با 48 ساعت تاخیر در سیلو کردن، عملکرد بهتری به لحاظ خصوصیات ظاهری، ترکیبات شیمیایی و قابلیت هضم سیلاژ کلزا داشت.
