چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور تعیین احتیاجات اسیدآمینه والین قابل هضم جوجه‌های خروس‌گوشتی سویه راس 308 ‏در دوره رشد انجام گرفت. تعیین احتیاجات اسیدآمینه والین براساس شاخص‌های عملکردی جوجه‌های‌ ‏خروس گوشتی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با450 قطعه جوجه یک روزه از سن 8 تا 21 روزگی در 6 ‏تیمار و 5 تکرار انجام گردید. سطوح افزایشی اسیدآمینه والین به جیره غذایی پایه جهت ایجاد 6 سطح ‏اسیدآمینه والین قابل هضم در دامنه 74/0، 79/0، 84/0، 89/0، 94/0 و 99/0 درصد تامین گردید. نتایج این ‏تحقیق نشان داد که مدل خطوط شکسته غیرخطی درجه 2 برای برآورد احتیاجات والین قابل هضم ‏جوجه‌های گوشتی سویه راس 308 روی داده‌های افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و وزن سینه برازش داده ‏شد و میزان والین قابل هضم مورد نیاز برای این سه صفت به ترتیب 93/0، 91/0 و 84/0 درصد (نسبت والین ‏به لیزین 88، 86 و79%) جیره غذایی برآورد گردید. میانگین مقادیر شاخص‌های عملکردی و ایمنی سلولی ‏بطور معنی‌داری تحت تاثیر افزودن اسیدآمینه والین قرار گرفت (01/0>‏P‏). حداقل مقادیر ضریب تبدیل ‏غذایی (02/0±42/1) وحداکثر پاسخ ایمنی سلولی(05/0±13/1 میلی‌متر) مربوط به سطح 89/0 درصد ‏اسیدآمینه والین بود، همچنین حداکثر مقادیر ضریب تبدیل غذایی (06/0±60/1) وحداقل پاسخ ایمنی ‏سلولی(03/0±44/0 میلی‌متر) مربوط به سطح 74/0 درصد اسیدآمینه والین بود. نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد ‏که میزان احتیاجات اسیدآمینه والین قابل هضم برای حداکثر عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی بین 84/0 الی93/0 ‏‏(نسبت والین به لیزین بین 79/0 الی 88/0‌) متغیر می‌باشد و در این بازه، میزان تحریک پاسخ ایمنی سلولی در ‏حداکثر مقدار (05/0±13/1 میلی‌متر) خود قرار دارد.‏
