اثرات فرم خوراک، پروبیوتیک و آنزیم در جیره‌های بر پایه تریتیکاله بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی، ویسکوزیته، pH محتویات هضمی و ریخت شناسی روده جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

در این پژوهش اثرات فرم خوراک، پروبیوتیک و آنزیم بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی، ویسکوزیته، ریخت شناسی روده و pH اندام‌های گوارشی جوجه‌های گوشتی در جیره بر پایه تریتیکاله مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. 8 جیره آزمایشی بر اساس فرم خوراک (پلت یا آردی) با یا بدون پروبیوتیک بر پایه باسیلوس(0/03% جیره) و آنزیم کربوهیدراز(0/05% جیره) به صورت فاکتوریل 2×2×2 در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی (عامل بلوک طول سالن) با 4 تکرار برای هر تیمار به مدت 42 روز انجام گرفت. افزایش وزن جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با جیره‌های پلت بیشتر از جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با جیره آردی بود. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین افزایش وزن در دوره آغازین مربوط به جیره پلت حاوی آنزیم و پروبیوتیک بود، اما در کل دوره تفاوت‌ها قابل توجه نبود. همچنین خوراک پلت حاوی پروبیوتیک و خوراک پلت حاوی پروبیوتیک و آنزیم به ترتیب کمترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک را در دوره آغازین و رشد داشتند. جمعیت میکروبی روده، pH اندام‌های گوارشی و مورفولوژی روده‌ای تحت تأثیر افزودن تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند اما فرم خوراک اثر معنی‌داری بر ویسکوزیته‌ی ایلئوم داشت. به طور کلی، استفاده از جیره پلت بر پایه تریتیکاله همراه با افزودن آنزیم و پروبیوتیک به مقدار قابل توجهی عملکرد رشد در دوره آغازین و ویسکوزیته روده در پایان دوره را بهبود بخشید اما اثر قابل توجهی بر عملکرد رشد پایان دوره نداشت.
