بررسی سطوح مختلف مواد معدنی ارگانیک و غیرارگانیک بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، استخوان درشت‌نی و فراسنجه‌های خون جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

آزمایشی به‌منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف مواد معدنی ارگانیک و غیرارگانیک (روی، مس و منگنز) بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، استخوان درشت‌نی و فراسنجه‌های خون جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام گردید. 224 قطعه جوجه خروس سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به مدت 42 روز پرورش یافتند. 4 تیمار آزمایشی عبارتند از: 1T) شکل غیرارگانیک روی، مس و منگنز به مقادیر 110، 16 و 120 میلیگرم، 2T) شکل ارگانیک روی، مس و منگنز به مقادیر 110، 16 و 120 میلیگرم ، 3T) شکل غیرارگانیک روی، مس و منگنز به مقادیر 55، 8 و60 میلیگرم، 4T) شکل ارگانیک روی، مس و منگنز به مقادیر 55، 8 و 60 میلیگرم. نتایج نشان داد که روی، مس و منگنز ارگانیک نسبت به مواد معدنی غیرارگانیک باعث بهبود افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی می‌شوند (05/0>P). رطوبت و pH بستر تحت تاثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت. اگرچه وقوع و شدت آسیب کف پا در جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با مواد معدنی ارگانیک کمتر بود (تیمارهای 2 و 4). تیمارهای دوم و چهارم بیشترین مقدار روی و منگنز در استخوان درشت نی و مس در کبد را داشتند. به لحاظ فراسنجه‌های خون بیشترین مقدار آنزیم آلکالین فسفاتاز و کمترین مقدار کلسترول در تیمارهای دوم و چهارم بود. نتایج آزمایش نشان می‌دهد که مواد معدنی ارگانیک یک جایگزین مناسب برای مواد معدنی غیرارگانیک بوده و باعث بهبود عملکرد و سلامت جوجه‌های گوشتی می‌شود.
