اثر سطوح مختلف پودر گیاهان دارویی آویشن‌شیرازی و مریم‌گلی، مخلوط آن‌ها و پروبیوتیک بر صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ، فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون و تغییرات هیستومورفولوژیک کبد مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر پودر گیاهان دارویی آویشن‌شیرازی، مریم‌گلی، مخلوط آویشن‌شیرازی و مریم‌گلی و نیز پروبیوتیک پروتکسین بر صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ، فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون و تغییرات هیستومورفولوژیک کبد مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار، آزمایشی با استفاده از تعداد 225 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار لگهورن، بعد از اوج تولید (42 هفتگی) به مدت10هفته انجام پذیرفت. مرغ‌ها به صورت تصادفی بین 9 تیمار آزمایشی متشکل از 5 تکرار و 5 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار اختصاص یافتند. تیمارها شامل گروه شاهد، سطوح 2/0 و 4/0 درصد پودر برگ آویشن شیرازی، 2/0 و 4/0 درصد پودر برگ مریم‌گلی، 2/0 و 4/0 درصد مخلوط مساوی از آویشن‌شیرازی و مریم‌گلی و 005/0 و 01/0 درصد از پروبیوتیک پروتکسین بودند. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که استفاده از سطح 4/0 درصد مخلوط مساوی از پودر برگ آویشن و مریم‌گلی موجب کاهش حاشیه‌ای وزن نسبی کبد (07/0=P)، کاهش فعالیت آنزیم‌های سرمی SGOT (08/0=P) و SGPT (05/0>P) و نیز افزایش قابل‌ملاحظه دانسیته رنگ هپاتوسیت‌ها (05/0>P) و HDL پلاسما (05/0>P) شد. استفاده از مخلوط پودر گیاهان دارویی مورد آزمون در سطح 4/0 درصد سبب افزایش حاشیه‌ای وزن پوسته (06/0=P) و افزایش معنی‌دار (05/0>P) استحکام پوسته، شاخص رنگ زرده و نیز واحد هاو در دوره آزمایش 48 تا 52 هفتگی شد. لذا یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر پیشنهاد دهنده آن است که بهره‌گیری از سطح 4/0 درصد مخلوط پودر گیاهان دارویی آویشن‌شیرازی و مریم‌گلی می‌تواند سبب بهبود قابل ملاحظه شاخص‌های سلامت کبد،‌ پروفیل چربی‌های خون و صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ هم‌چون استحکام پوسته، شاخص رنگ زرده و واحد هاو نسبت به دیگر سطوح گیاهان دارویی و یا پروبیوتیک شود.
