استفاده از منابع مختلف چربی و عصاره چای سبز در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی روده و کیفیت گوشت

چکیده

در این آزمایش تعداد 360 قطعه جوجه گوشتی ماده سویه راس 308 در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 به 6 گروه آزمایشی، 5 تکرار و 12 جوجه در هر تکرار تقسیم شدند. فاکتورها شامل دو سطح عصاره چای سبز (صفر و 500 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم از جیره ) و جیره‌های فاقد/حاوی چربی (جیره‌های فاقد چربی، جیره حاوی روغن سویا و جیره حاوی پیه گوسفندی) بودند. استفاده از عصاره چای سبز بر عملکرد، چربی درون بافتی، جمعیت میکروبی روده و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت تأثیر نداشت (05/0p>). افزایش وزن روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در اثر استفاده از هر دو منبع چربی در مقایسه با جیره‌های فاقد چربی بهبود یافت (05/0p <). استفاده از روغن سویا در مقایسه با پیه گوسفندی و جیره‌های فاقد چربی منجر به افزایش چربی محوطه بطنی و کاهش راندمان لاشه شد (05/0p <). استفاده از عصاره چای سبز در جیره‌های حاوی چربی بر کاهش چربی احشایی موثر بود (05/0p <). گروه‌های دریافت کننده عصاره چای سبز به همراه روغن سویا دارای جمعیت لاکتوباسیلوس بیشتری در مقایسه با گروه‌های دریافت کننده چای سبز به همراه پیه گوسفندی بودند (05/0p <). استفاده از روغن سویا منجر به افزایش معنی‌داری در چربی درون بافتی و میزان مواد واکنش دهنده با تیوباربیتوریک اسید گوشت ران شد (05/0p <). یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از عصاره چای سبز در جیره‌های حاوی چربی جیره‌ای از نوع اشباع و غیر‌اشباع موجب بهبود جمعیت میکروبی روده و کاهش میزان چربی لاشه جوجه‌های گوشتی شد ولی بر چربی درون بافتی و اکسیداسیون گوشت تأثیری نداشت.
