چکیده

در این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی اثر پروبیوتیک باسیلوس آمیلولیکوفاسیانس در کاهش اثرات مضر آفلاتوکسین B1 از 480 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک‌روزه (نر و ماده) سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به‌صورت فاکتوریل (2×2×2) با 8 تیمار، 4 تکرار و تعداد 15 قطعه در هر تکرار استفاده شد. فاکتورها شامل جنسیت (خروس و مرغ)؛ 2) آفلاتوکسین B1 در دو سطح (صفر و 500 میکروگرم در کیلوگرم)؛ 3) پروبیوتیک باسیلوس آمیلولیکوفاسیانس در دو سطح (صفر و 109 واحد تشکیل دهنده کلنی در میلی‌لیتر) بودند. عملکرد، فعالیت آنزیم‌های کبدی، ایمنی و برخی شاخص‌های خونی تحت تاثیر جنسیت قرار نگرفتند (P>0.05). جوجه‌هایی که جیره حاوی آفلاتوکسین B1 خورده بودند، کاهش وزن و مصرف خوراک معنی‌داری نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها داشتند (05/0 p <). ضریب تبدیل غذایی در کل دوره تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (05/0P>). فعالیت آنزیم‌های آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز،آلکالین فسفاتاز و لاکتات دهیدروژناز افزایش معنی‌داری در تیمار آفلاتوکسین B1 نشان دادند (05/0 p <). تعداد گلبول‌های سفید و قرمز و درصد هماتوکریت و هموگلوبین در گروه آفلاتوکسین B1 نسبت به سایر تیمارها به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافتند (05/0 p <). کم‌ترین عیار پادتن علیه بیماری نیوکاسل و گلبول قرمز گوسفند و همچنین کم‌ترین ضخامت پوست در پاسخ به فیتوهماگلوتنین در گروه آفلاتوکسین B1 مشاهده شد(05/0 p <). با توجه به نتایج، مکمل کردن باسیلوس آمیلولیکوفاسیانس به جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین B1 توانست عملکرد را بهبود بخشد و فعالیت آنزیم‌های کبدی و پاسخ ایمنی را در مقایسه با جیره آلوده به آفلاتوکسین B1 افزایش دهد (05/0 p <).
