بررسی تاثیر استفاده از پودر زنجبیل درمقایسه با آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاوفسفولیپول بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی، مورفولوژی روده و پاسخ ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف پودر زنجبیل و مقایسه آن با آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاووفسفولیپول بر عملکرد، مورفولوژی ناحیه ژژنوم و جمعیت میکروبی ناحیه ایلئوم روده کوچک و همچنین عیار آنتی‌بادی علیه گلبول قرمزگوسفند در جوجه‌های گوشتی نر انجام شد. این آزمایش با تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتی سویه راس- 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 4 تکرار و تعداد 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار به مدت 42 روز به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل: 1) شاهد (جیره پایه)، 2) شاهد + 04/0درصد آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاووفسفولیپول، 3) شاهد + 3/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل، 4) شاهد + 6/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل، 5) شاهد + 9/0 درصد پودر زنجبیل بودند. جیره‌ها در مراحل آغازین (یک تا 10 روزگی)، رشد (11تا 24 روزگی) و پایانی ( 25 تا 42 روزگی) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. بر طبق نتایج، صفات عملکردی (افزایش وزن روزانه، خوراک مصرفی روزانه و ضریب تبدیل خوراک) وخصوصیات لاشه (وزن نسبی سینه، ران، قلب، سنگدان،کبد، پیش-معده و چربی محوطه بطنی) تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند. استفاده از سطوح مختلف پودر زنجبیل در مقایسه با گروه‌های شاهد و آنتی‌بیوتیک، سبب افزایش جمعیت لاکتوباسیل‌ها در بخش ایلئوم شد (01/0>P). طول پرز و نسبت طول پرز به عمق کریپت در بخش ایلئوم فوقانی (ژژنوم) جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با پودر زنجبیل از گروه‌های شاهد و آنتی‌بیوتیک بیشتر بود (01/0>P). میزان عیار آنتی‌بادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفند در سرم خون جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با پودر زنجبیل و آنتی‌بیوتیک بیشتر از گروه شاهد گردید (01/0>P).
