‌تاثیر استفاده از مخلوط باکتری‌های پروبیوتیکی به‌صورت مایع یا خشک انجمادی بر عملکرد رشد، متابولیت‌های خونی و فراسنجه های تخمیری شکمبه‌ای گوساله‌های شیرخوار

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر استفاده از مخلوط باکتری‌های پروبیوتیکی به‌صورت مایع یا خشک انجمادی بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن، شاخص‌های رشد اسکلتی و فراسنجه‌های خونی، از 24 رأس گوساله ماده هلشتاین در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. گوساله‌ها پس از تولد به‌‌طور تصادفی به یکی از سه تیمار: 1) شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، 2) گوسالههای دریافت کننده پروبیوتیک به شکل مایع و 3) گوسالههای دریافتکننده پروبیوتیک به شکل جامد اختصاص داده شدند. تعیین ماده خشک مصرفی و ثبت نمره مدفوع به‌صورت روزانه، وزن‌‌کشی و شاخص‌های رشد اسکلتی به‌صورت هفتگی و نمونه‌گیری خون در سنین 21، 42 و 70 روز‌گی انجام شد. مایع شکمبه 4 ساعت پس از تغذیه صبح در روزهای 30، 60 و70 آزمایش جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از نظر میانگین روزهای از شیرگیری و شاخص‌های رشد اسکلتی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0P>). استفاده از پروبیوتیک مایع و جامد تاثیر معنی‌داری بر وزن بدن اولیه، وزن از شیرگیری و وزن نهایی نداشت (05/0P>). هیچ اختلافی بین تیمارها از نظر pH و غلظت نیتروژن آمونیاکی شکمبه در طی دوره آزمایش مشاهده نشد (05/0P>). استفاده از پروبیوتیک به شکل مایع و پودری تاثیر معنی‌داری‌ بر فراسنجه‌های خونی (گلوکز، تری‌گلیسرید، پروتئین کل، بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات و آلبومین) نداشت (05/0P>). به‌طور کلی عدم پاسخ قابل انتظاردر نتیجه استفاده از پروبیوتیک به دو شکل مایع و یا پودری بر عملکرد گوساله‌های شیرخوار را می‌توان احتمالاً به‌خاطر شرایط خوب بهداشتی و مدیریتی در پرورش گوساله‌های شیرخوار نسبت داد.
