تأثیر مرحله شیردهی و تعداد شکم زایش بر ترکیبات شیر در میش عربی

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر مرحله شیردهی و تعداد شکم‌های زایش بر ترکیبات شیر در میش‌ عربی بود. تعداد 30 رأس میش عربی (10 رأس به ازای هر شکم زایش اول، دوم و سوم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با میانگین وزن اولیه 47 کیلوگرم استفاده شد. پس از زایش میش‌های هر گروه، هر دو هفته یکبار و به مدت دو ماه جمع‌آوری نمونه‌های شیر برای ارزیابی میزان ترکیبات شیر انجام شد. درصد پروتئین شیر در زایش دوم روندی نوسانی داشت. در میش‌های شکم سوم، بیشترین درصد پروتئین شیر مربوط به ماه دوم شیردهی بود (05/0>P). در زایش‌های اول، دوم و سوم، درصد چربی شیر با پیشرفت دوره شیردهی افزایش یافت (05/0>P). در میش-های شکم سوم، بیشترین میزان ماده جامد شیر مربوط به هفته هشتم شیردهی بود (05/0>P). در میش‌های شکم اول، درصد ماده جامد شیر در کل دوره شیردهی در نوسان بود (05/0>P). میزان لاکتوز شیر در هفته هشتم شیردهی میش‌های شکم اول و سوم بیشتر از شیر هفته دوم تا ششم دوره شیردهی بود. pH شیر در میش‌های یکبار زایش با ادامه شیردهی افزایش یافت (05/0>P). بطور کلی، خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی شیر میش‌های عربی بجز میزان خاکستر و چگالی تحت تأثیر دوره‌های شیردهی قرار می‌گیرند.
