اثر اسانس آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora) همراه با نسبت‌های مختلف چربی غیر‌‌اشباع (روغن سویا) به چربی اشباع (روغن پالم) بر عملکرد، میکروفلورای روده و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت بلدرچین‌ ژاپنی

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر نسبت‌های متفاوت چربی غیر‌اشباع (روغن سویا) به چربی اشباع (چربی پالم) و اسانس الکلی آویشن شیرازی (ZMEO) بر عملکرد، میکروفلورای روده و ثبات اکسیداتیو گوشت بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی، تعداد 600 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین ژاپنی یک روزه به‌صورت مخلوطی از دو جنس نر و ماده در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 به 6 گروه آزمایشی، 5 تکرار و 20 قطعه بلدرچین در هر تکرار در یک دوره آزمایشی 42 روزه اختصاص یافتند. فاکتورها شامل نسبت‌های متفاوت چربی غیر‌اشباع به اشباع 100 به 0، 75 به 25 و50 به 50 و دو سطح ZMEO (صفر و 03/0 درصد از جیره) بودند. جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی ZMEO، مصرف خوراک کمتر، افزایش وزن بیشتر و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بهتری نسبت به گروه شاهد داشتند (05/0p <). علی‌رغم کاهش معنی‌دار (05/0p <) در چربی شکمی، تأثیر ZMEO بر وزن نسبی سایر اجزای لاشه و اندام‌های درونی معنی‌دار نبود (05/0p>). کمترین و بیشترین شمار اشریشیاکلای و لاکتوباسیلوس متعلق به گروه مکمل شده با ZMEO بود (05/0p <). استفاده از ZMEO منجر به کاهش معنی‌داری در غلظتTBARS گوشت سینه شد (05/0p <). نسبت‌های متفاوت چربی غیر‌اشباع به چربی اشباع تأثیر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی روده و همچنین کیفیت گوشت سینه نداشت (05/0p>). استفاده از نسبت‌های متفاوت چربی غیر‌اشباع به اشباع به همراه 03/0 درصد ZMEO منجر به افزایش وزن بدن و جمعیت لاکتوباسیلوس و همچنین کاهش چربی حفره بطنی و غلظت TBARS گوشت سینه شد (05/0p <).
