اثر تزریق ویتامین C و مس در گاوهای دوره انتقال بر ترکیب آغوز و متابولیت‌های سرم گوساله‌های تازه متولد شده

چکیده

در این آزمایش اثر تزریق ویتامین C و مس در گاوهای دوره انتقال بر ترکیب آغوز و متابولیت‌های سرم گوساله‌های تازه متولد شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تعداد 20 رأس گاو شکم دوم و 20 رأس شکم سوم و بالاتر با میانگین وزن بدن به ترتیب 51 ± 2/603 و 53 ± 1/669 کیلوگرم انتخاب و بر اساس شکم زایش و وزن بدن به چهار گروه متعادل تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل گروه شاهد (تزریق 7 میلی‌لیتر سرم فیزیولوژیک 9/0 درصد)، ویتامین C (تزریق 25 میلی‌گرم محلول ویتامین C به ازای هرکیلو وزن بدن)، مس (تزریق 75 میلی‌گرم مس در روز) و مس- ویتامین C (تزریق همزمان 25 میلی‌گرم ویتامین C به ازای هر کیلو وزن بدن و75 میلی‌گرم مس در روز) بودند. تزریق‌ها در روزهای 40 و 20 قبل از زمان مورد انتظار زایش انجام شد. تزریق مس در مقایسه با عدم تزریق آن باعث افزایش تعداد گلبول‌های قرمز و غلظت مس سرم گوساله‌ها شد (05/0 > P). درصد چربی، پروتئین، لاکتوز، مواد جامد بدون چربی و غلظت ایمیونوگلوبولین G در آغوز، وزن تولد گوساله، غلظت ویتامین C، آنزیم سوپراکسید دسموتاز، کلسیم، فسفر و متابولیت‌های سرم گوساله‌ها‌ تحت تأثیر تزریق همزمان ویتامین C و مس قرار نگرفت. تعداد نوتروفیل‌های خون گوساله-های متولد شده از گاوهای دریافت کننده همزمان مس و ویتامین C در مقایسه با سایر گروه‌ها تمایل به افزایش داشت (06/0 = P). بنابراین، تزریق همزمان ویتامین C و مس در گاوهای دوره انتقال با افزایش تعداد نوتروفیل‌ها احتمالاً بهبود سیستم ایمنی گوساله‌ها را در پی خواهد داشت.
