اثر جایگزینی علوفه اسپرس با یونجه در سطوح مختلف کنسانتره بر عملکرد و کیفیت لاشه بره‌های پرواری لری

چکیده

این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی اثر جایگزینی علوفه مصرفی اسپرس با یونجه در سطوح مختلف علوفه به کنسانتره جیره بر عملکرد رشد و صفات کمی و کیفی لاشه بره‌های نر نژاد لری انجام شد. آزمایش با تعداد 54 رأس بره‌ی نر 30 کیلوگرمی بر اساس آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی (3×2) با سه تکرار (هر تکرار شامل 3 رأس بره) انجام شد. تیمارها شامل دو نوع علوفه (یونجه و اسپرس) و سه سطح کنسانتره (60، 70 و 80 درصد). نتایج نشان داد بیشترین افزایش وزن روزانه و بهترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک، راندمان لاشه و درصد گوشت لخم مربوط به بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با علوفه اسپرس و 70 درصد کنسانتره بود (05/0< P). قیمت تمام‌شده هر کیلوگرم وزن زنده، هزینه تولید هر کیلوگرم لاشه و گوشت لخم در بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با 70 درصد کنسانتره و علوفه اسپرس کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود. خصوصیات کیفی از جمله pH، ترکیب شیمیایی و رنگ گوشت تحت تأثیر جیره‌های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. به‌‌طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد استفاده از علوفه اسپرس و 70 درصد کنسانتره می‌تواند بر عملکرد و خصوصیات لاشه بره‌های نر نژاد لری مؤثر باشد.
