کاوش ترانسکریپتومی لانه‌گزینی جنینی در اندومتریوم گاوهای شیری

چکیده

ایجاد و حفظ آبستنی در نشخوار‌کنندگان و به‌ویژه گاوهای شیری جهت تداوم تولید ضروری است. لانه‌گزینی جنین در رحم یک فرآیند ضروری برای حفظ آبستنی و شامل ارتباطات پیچیده بین جنین و اندومتریوم مادری است. بررسی ژن‌ها و مکانیسم‌های تنظیم کننده شروع لانه‌گزینی برای درک فرآیند لانه‏گزینی ضروری است. در این تحقیق، برای درک بهتر اساس مولکولی لانه‌گزینی، پروفیل یاخته‌ای اندومتریوم رحمی گاوهای آبستن در طول این فرآیند در مقایسه با گاوهای غیرآبستن بررسی شد. در مجموع با مقایسه پروفیل‌های اندومتریوم، ژن‏های دارای تفاوت بیانی شناسایی شد. بدین ترتیب بعد از پیش پردازش و تجزیه داده‌ها و انجام فراواکاوی، اثرات متقابل بین ژنی با استفاده از روش داده‌کاوی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین با بازسازی شبکه و جستجوی ماژول‌های مهم و عملکردی، تعداد چهار ماژول اصلی شناسایی گردید. مهم‌ترین ژن‌های موجود شامل CLU، ACTA2، MX1، MX2، C1S، COL3A1، S100A11، NID1، SELL، PTN و CDH13 بودند. مشاهدات این تحقیق توصیه می‌کند که ماژول‌های شناسایی شده می‌توانند نشانگرهای مناسبی برای شروع پذیرش رحمی و لانه‌گزینی جنینی باشند.
