امکان سنجی جایگزینی یک پاداکسنده تجاری (BHT) ‌با انگور‌یاقوتی (V. venifera) در جوجه‌های ‌گوشتی

چکیده

این آزمایش جهت بررسی مقایسه‌ اثر ‌انگور‌یاقوتی (V. venifera) با پاداکسنده تجاری (BHT) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی و خصوصیات لاشه در جوجه‌های ‌گوشتی انجام گرفت. 150 قطعه جوجه یک‌روزه گوشتی سویه راس‌ 308 جنس نر، در پنج گروه آزمایشی، سه تکرار و ده قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی به مدت 42 روز مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های آزمایشی شامل: شاهد (جیره پایه بدون هیچ‌گونه افزودنی)؛ جیره پایه بههمراه 150 ppm عصارهمتانولی انگور؛ جیره پایه بههمراه سه درصد تفاله انگور؛ جیره پایه بههمراه سه درصد عصاره آبی انگور و جیره پایه بههمراه 200 ppm پاداکسنده تجاری BHT بودند. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد استفاده از گروه‌های آزمایشی بکار گرفته تاثیر معنی‌داری از لحاظ آماری بر پارامتر‌های عملکردی شامل وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی، آنزیم‌های کبدی و اجزای روده نداشتند.گروه آزمایشی تفاله‌انگور یاقوتی به میزان سه درصد در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی منجر به کاهش معنی‌دار کلسترول، تری گلیسیرید، LDL و افزایش معنی‌دار میزان HDL سرم خون گردید. در رابطه با خصوصیات لاشه نیز سبب افزایش معنی‌دار وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه و کاهش وزن سنگدان و کبد در جوجه‌های گوشتی در مقایسه با گروه‌ آزمایشی شاهد گردید. بنابر‌این با توجه به نتایج حاصل، گروه آزمایشی حاوی تفاله انگور یاقوتی می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای پاداکسنده تجاری BHT به-منظور بهبود فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی و خصوصیات لاشه جوجه‌های گوشتی در نظر گرفته شود.
