چکیده

به منظور بررسی تأثیر افزودن محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده بر عملکرد، تولید، ترکیبات شیر و فراسنجه‌های خونی در گاوهای شیرده هلشتاین از 12 رأس گاو شیرده هلشتاین با متوسط تولید روزانه 3±25/36 کیلوگرم و روزهای شیردهی 6 ± 111 در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با دو تیمار و شش تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارها شامل تیمار شاهد (جیره پایه، بدون استفاده از محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده) و تیمار آزمایشی (جیره شاهد همراه با جیره حاوی 60 گرم محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده در روز) بودند. گاوها در جایگاه انفرادی نگهداری شده و با جیره کاملاً مخلوط و در حد اشتها تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که افزودن محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده تأثیر آماری معنی‌داری بر مصرف خوراک در گاوهای شیری هلشتاین در مقایسه با گروه شاهد نداشت. میزان تولید شیر به طور معنی‌داری در گاوهای تغذیه شده با محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده در مقایسه با گروه شاهد افزایش یافت (05/0>P). همچنین، مکمل نمودن محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده درصد چربی شیر را به طور معنی‌داری افزایش داد (01/0>P). مکمل نمودن محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده در جیره منجر به افزایش معنی‌دار گلوکز،کلسیم و فسفر سرم خون (05/0>P) و نیز کاهش معنی‌دار نیتروژن اوره‌ای خون شد (05/0> .(Pهمچنین، افزودن محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده در جیره منجر به افزایش معنی‌دار لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا در سرم خون گاو شد (05/0> .(P بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش، استفاده از 60 گرم محتویات شکمبه‌ای خشک شده در جیره گاوهای شیری احتمالاً بهبود عملکرد را در پی خواهد داشت.
