اثرات سطح علوفه یونجه و منبع غلات (جو و ذرت) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و رشد اسکلتی بره‌های شیرخوار نژاد فراهانی

چکیده

تعداد 48 راس بره فراهانی با سن 10 روز (8/1 ± 8/6 کیلوگرم وزن بدن)در قالب طرح بلوک کاملا تصادفی (12n = ؛ در هر تیمار شامل 6 بره نر و 6 بره ماده) با آرایش فاکتوریل 2 × 2 برای سطح علوفه یونجه (پایین، 10 درصد؛ یا بالا، 30 درصد ماده خشک) و منبع غلات (ذرت در مقابل جو) مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. بنابراین، تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل دانه جو با سطح 10 درصد علوفه یونجه؛ دانه جو با سطح 30 درصد علوفه یونجه؛ دانه ذرت با سطح 10 درصد علوفه یونجه و دانه ذرت با سطح 30 درصد علوفه یونجه بودند. تمامی بره‌ها دسترسی آزاد به آب و خوراک آغازین در طول اجرای آزمایش داشتند و در روز 60 آزمایش از شیر گرفته شدند... بره‌های دریافت‌کننده سطح پایین علوفه یونجه غلظت بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات (BHB) بالاتری در سرم برای روز 30 و 60 آزمایش داشتند (به ترتیب 01/0P < و 02/0P =). بره‌های دریافت کننده جیره-های بر پایه جو در مقایسه با ذرت دارای نیتروژن اوره‌ای بالاتری در روز 60 آزمایش بودند. تیمارهای آزمایشی تاثیری بر خصوصیات رشد اسکلتی بره‌های شیرخوار در روز 30 و 60 آزمایشی نداشتند اما سطح بالای علوفه عرض کپل را در مقایسه با سطح پایین علوفه کاهش (01/0P <) داد. بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که مکمل کردن علوفه یونجه در سطح بالا کاهش رشد بره‌های شیرخوار را در پی خواهد داشت. به هر حال، منبع غلات (جو در مقابل ذرت) تاثیری بر عملکرد بره‌های شیرخوار نداشت.
