چکیده

این آزمایش با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح درجه‌بندی کراتین مونوهیدرات در جیره‌هایی با سطوح مختلف پروتئین بر علکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی ، اجرا شد. تعداد 320 قطعه جوجه‌ گوشتی یک‌روزه مخلوط نر و ماده سویه‌ی راس 308 به‌صورت فاکتوریل 4×2، با چهار سطح کراتین (صفر، 1/0، 3/0، 5/0 درصد)، و دو سطح پروتئین(احتیاجات سویه‌ی راس 308 و 10 درصد بالاتر از احتیاجات)، 4 تکرار استفاده شد. خون‌گیری در سن 35 روزگی انجام شد. جهت بررسی خصوصیات لاشه، در انتهای آزمایش دو قطعه پرنده از هر تکرار به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب، توزین و کشتار شد. 10 درصد پروتئین بالاتر از احتیاجات افزایش وزن روزانه، وزن زنده، بازده لاشه، وزن نسبی کبد و سینه را افزایش، و ضریب تبدیل و چربی شکمی را کاهش داد(05/0 P). افزودن 3/0 و 5/0 درصد کراتین منوهیدرات به جیره، بازده لاشه و وزن نسبی سینه و ران را نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها افزایش داد(05/0 P). سطوح پروتئین و کراتین تأثیری بر سلول‌های ایمنی و تیتر نیوکاسل نداشت، با این‌حال داده‌ها بیانگر افزایش عددی لنفوسیت‌، منوسیت و تیتر نیوکاسل و کاهش هتروفیل بود. غلظت کراتینین در خون پرندگان تغذیه شده با سطوح 3/0 و 5/0 درصد کراتین منوهیدرات بالاتر از جوجه‌های تغذیه شده با 1/0 درصد کراتین منوهیدرات و گروه شاهد بود(05/0 P). نتایج نشان داد علاوه بر اثرات مفید کراتین در سطوح بالا و 10 درصد پروتئین بالاتر از احتیاجات بر عملکرد و صفات لاشه، غلظت کراتینین خون افزایش می‌باید که احتمالاً می‌تواند منجر به بهبود عملکرد سیستم ایمنی شود.
