مقایسه اثرات نانوسلنیوم و سلنیت‌سدیم بر عملکرد و وضعیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی جوجه‌های گوشتی در شرایط تنش گرمایی

چکیده

در این پژوهش تعداد 288 قطعه جوجه‌ گوشتی یک روزه سویه راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با شش تیمار و چهار تکرار به مدت 5 هفته انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی 1- جیره پایه بدون افزودنی و شرایط دمایی طبیعی (شاهد منفی) 2- جیره پایه بدون افزودنی و شرایط تنش گرمایی (شاهد مثبت) 3- جیره پایه + 18/0 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم سلنیت ‌سدیم و شرایط دمایی طبیعی 4- جیره پایه + 18/0 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم سلنیت ‌سدیم و شرایط تنش گرمایی 5- جیره پایه + 18/0 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم نانوسلنیوم و شرایط دمایی طبیعی و 6- جیره پایه + 18/0 میلی‌‌گرم در کیلوگرم نانوسلنیوم و شرایط تنش گرمایی بودند. نتایج نشان دادند که در شرایط دمایی طبیعی، نانو‌‌سلنیوم در مقایسه با سلنیت سدیم سبب کاهش مصرف خوراک شد ولی در شرایط دمایی تنش گرمایی، نانو‌سلنیوم و سلنیت ‌سدیم هر دو در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد سبب افزایش مصرف خوراک شدند (01/0P<). نتایج ضریب‌تبدیل غذایی نیز نشان دادند که بیشترین و کمترین ضریب‌ تبدیل غذایی در تمام دوره‌های پرورش به ترتیب مربوط به شاهد در شرایط تنش گرمایی (شاهد مثبت) و نانو‌سلنیوم در شرایط دمایی طبیعی بود(01/0P<). بیشترین و کمترین غلظت مالون ‌دی‌آلدئید، آسپارتات ترانس ‌آمیناز و آلانین‌ترانس‌ آمیناز، سرم خون به ترتیب در تیمار شاهد در شرایط تنش گرمایی و تیمار حاوی نانو‌سلنیوم در شرایط دمایی طبیعی، مشاهده شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان دادند که استفاده از نانوسلنیوم در شرایط تنش گرمایی در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی موجب بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی، افزایش رشد و افزایش آنزیم‌های مهارکننده اکسیداسیون سلولی شد.
