بررسی تاثیر ال-کارنیتین و اسید‌‌‌‌‌های چرب امگا-3 در جیره بر عملکرد تولید و شاخص‌های خونی مرغ‌های تخمگذار

چکیده

تأثیر ال-کارنیتین در جیره‌‌های غنی از امگا-3 بر عملکرد و سامانه ایمنی مرغ‌های تخمگذار با استفاده از 120 قطعه مرغ تخمگذار لوهمن سفید (LSL-Lite) در سن 34 هفتگی، در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل 3×2 با دو نوع جیره (فاقد امگا-3، غنی شده با سالومگا به میزان 3 درصد) و سه سطح ال-کارنیتین (صفر، 100 و 200 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم) در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تکرار و 4 قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار به مدت 70 روز بررسی‌ شد. درصد تخمگذاری پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره‌های غنی‌شده از سالومگا در مقایسه با جیره های فاقد امگا-3 افزایش یافت (0/05>P).شاخص شکل تخم‌مرغ در پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 200 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین در مقایسه با جیره بدون ال-کارنیتین، افزایش یافت (0/05>P).توده تخم‌مرغ پرندگان دریافت کننده جیره‌‌ های فاقد امگا-3 بدون ال-کارنیتین یا 100 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین و یا جیره غنی‌شده با سالومگا حاوی 200 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین در مقایسه با سایر گروه‌ها افزایش یافت (0/05>P).ارتفاع زرده و سفیده و واحد هاو تخم‌مرغ پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 100 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتن در مقایسه با جیره بدون ال-کارنیتین و 200 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین افزایش یافت (0/05>P).میزان نسبت هتروفیل : لنفوسیت پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره غنی‌شده از سالومگا در مقایسه با جیره فاقد امگا-3، کاهش یافت (0/05>P).به نظر می‌رسد استفاده از سطح 200 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ال-کارنیتین به همراه 3 درصد اسید‌های چرب امگا-3 با منبع سالومگا می‌تواند باعث بهبود صفات مهم عملکردی و کیفی تخم‌مرغ شود. انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این زمینه توصیه می‌شود.
