تاثیر تغذیه آزاد کاه گندم با اندازه ذرات مختلف بر تخمیر شکمبه‌ای، متابولیت‌های خونی و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی در گوساله‌های هلشتاین پیش و پس از شیرگیری

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر اندازه ذرات مختلف کاه گندم روی تخمیرات شکمبه‌ای، متابولیت‌های خونی و قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی در گوساله‌های شیرخوار انجام گرفت. تعداد 40 راس گوساله هلشتاین در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به 4 گروه آزمایشی شامل 1) خوراک آغازین بدون علوفه، 2) خوراک آغازین + دسترسی آزاد به کاه گندم با میانگین طول ذرات 1 میلی متر، 3) خوراک آغازین + دسترسی آزاد به کاه گندم با میانگین طول ذرات 4 میلی متر، 4) خوراک آغازین + دسترسی آزاد به کاه گندم با میانگین طول ذرات 7 میلی متراختصاص یافتند. نتایج نشان داد که pH شکمبه در 8 ساعت بعد از خوراک‌ صبح روز 35 و 4 و 8 ساعت بعد از خوراک صبح در روز 90 با فراهمی علوفه افزایش یافت (05/0P =). غلظت کل اسیدهای چرب فرار، استات و پروپیونات تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفتند اما بوتیرات در گروه های دریافت کننده کاه گندم در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش یافت (05/0P =). همچنین غلظت بتاهیدروکسی بوتیرات در خون در 35 روزگی با مکمل کردن کاه گندم در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش معنی‌داری یافت (04/0P =). بدون توجه به اندازه ذرات، تغذیه کاه گندم افزایش قابلیت هضم ظاهری ماده خشک و پروتئین خام در مقایسه با گروه کنترل را در پی داشت (05/0P =). نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که مکمل کردن کاه گندم در جیره‌های آغازین گوساله های شیرخوار بهبود pH شکمبه، قابلیت هضم ظاهری مواد مغذی و همچنین شاخص های توسعه شکمبه را در پی خواهد داشت.
