چکیده

این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تأثیر افزودن سطوح مختلف پودر سیر به جیره بر عملکرد رشد، وزن نسبی اجزای لاشه و متابولیت‌های سرم خون بلدرچین ژاپنی انجام شد. به این منظور، تعداد 100 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین ژاپنی نر 21 روزه به طور تصادفی به یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار شامل؛ جیره فاقد پودر سیر (شاهد)، جیره‌های حاوی 5/0، یک ، 5/1 و دو درصد پودر سیر با چهار تکرار و پنج قطعه در هر تکرار تخصیص داده شدند. پرندگان به مدت 21 روز با جیره‌های آزمایشی تغذیه شدند. دسترسی بلدرچین‌ها به آب و خوراک به صورت آزاد بود. افزودن پودر سیر بر مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی بلدرچین‌ها تأثیر معنی‌دار نداشت. اثر افزودن سطوح پودر سیر به جیره بر راندمان لاشه، چربی حفره بطنی، کلسترول کل و لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته پایین معنی‌دار بود (05/0P<). پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی یک درصد پودر سیر بالاترین راندمان لاشه را داشتند و اختلاف با پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره فاقد پودر سیر معنی‌دار بود (05/0P<). با افزایش سطح پودر سیر در جیره مصرفی میزان کلسترول کل و لیپوپروتئین‌های سرم خون به طور خطی کاهش یافت. نتایج به دست آمده از این آزمایش نشان داد افزودن پودر سیر در سطح یک درصد تأثیر مثبت در بهبود راندمان لاشه پرنده و کاهش متابولیت‌های نامطلوب (چربی بد) سرم خون دارد.
